you can tell, watching him run the machines and how he speaks on small things like not cutting the corner and just pouring flush to siding... this is biggest mistake i see. gc will chalk line get dust all over the place then get mud all over textures that stain. victory does well breaking down pours and making it look easy, Meanwhile explaining the dos and don'ts....yes its easy to think through but this is bullwork. 10 yrs strong. nice job guys. cut the check! Get the scratch! this is our way of life.... the hardest part about concrete is nothing. LOVE it!

Most mailman won't get out vehicle due to policy. Which is a good thing, they can actually sue you if a injury is involved if some of your equipment or tools caused it. Happened to a mail carrier where i live. He tripped over the lawn sprinkler system that guys were installing and broke his wrist. Sued them for 65k. Always a good habit to be considerate of others, accidents happen within a blink of an eye literally and can hurt you financially.

Find yourself a good concrete guy like Ryan and sub that concrete work out. Add an extra 1-5k to the bid. It's easier and helps everyone out

May want to check with the generator company before pouring that pad for it. Most require at least 18” away or they won’t set it

I’ve never worked with concrete in my life, but I’ve been watching this channel for a while now. I’m still pretty young (20) and learned a lot from Ryan beyond the concrete aspect. Great life lessons and values in every video. Always feels great after finishing a video. Anyone know what material is used for forms with sidewalks and stuff? The flexible material that can bend and snake?

I got a 2011 Crown Vic too and it’s great. Made a custom center console, added a CB, dash cam, etc and have done some work to it.

Love the channel Ryan, I’ve been binging it like a Netflix series lol.
I noticed you don’t use a Fresno or any smooth troweling, just the bull float and magnesiums. Is it better that way? Or just personal preference.
Thanks for the great content and let’s get Darrel Jr. back ASAP come onn!!
