Did you guys throw on aftermarket lower control arms and toe links or is that still stock after putting the new coilovers and wheels on? Asking because I am planning on buying coilovers and putting 18x9.5 +45 offset wheels and want to see if I won't need the LCAs
Thanks for responding. I just wanted to make sure I would be able to fit the wheels & tires like you guys with no rubbing issues with the natural camber from the coilovers. I don't plan on slamming the car. I think I'm just going to lower it just enough to not have to worry about rubbing
What happened to the turbo in the Brz ? did that not end up working?
I’m interested in that too
The ECU on the 22+ BRZ hasn’t been cracked yet, probably doesn’t work…
We could bolt up a turbo kit, but the car would not run due to the factory ECU settings. Still waiting on someone to crack it!
did you guys fender role rear or the 18/9.5/18 +38 offset sits well?
We did not actually!
thanks man. now i know what spec to go
Did I miss the brand name of the coilovers?
You didn't miss, couldn't find it at all. I ended up buying KW V1 from another place.
@@jasmy-canada these are preproduction, the guys at MAPerformance will fill everyone in soon!
What tire size did you go with?
245/35r18 Falken 510K!
What wheels are those ?
did i miss tire size in the video 18 x 9.5 plus 38
245/35r18 Falken 510K!
@@maperformance no rubbing? thanks
What wheels are those and are they on your website? Love vids!
They are Rays 57Transcend! We have them on our site, but not the exact model we have on our BRZ with the yellow details.
Do you guys think that an 18x8.5 +44 wheel with 265/35r18 tires would fit without any issues on the 2nd gen?
That is a lot of tire for these cars, especially on an 8.5! I would go down to a 235 or 245
@@maperformance how about 18x9.5 +38 and 235/40r18?
@@RR-cg2rq gonna have a bit of stretch fitting 235s to a 18x9.5, better off with an 8.5 or 9 and throwing on 245s

This is stock LCAs and stock toe links. We are pretty limited in adjustability, so if that's what you're after definitely get adjustable ones!

What is the spring rate on those coilovers?
