Take home message,
You can use ACE and ARBs in bilateral renal stenosis
QoL first, nobody wants to add more years of suffering and frailty, if there is no comorbidities this will have better outcomes
Sodium thiosulfate better given with hemodialysis as patient may end up dying of acidosis
You can use this in any speciality not just nephrology
