The models are way too small to be identifiable from a distance, and they move way too slow to be responsive
I get it's a Minecraft mod at its core, but as an RTS it's rather clunky

Kinda not? It works in a sense that the game does run and play. However, unless other mods support this, it will be really janky, have a lot of unintended interaction, and get basically 0 balance around it.
