End of the game You have TWO OPTIONS 1) Reject Merging with Adam and Fight him as he is the Elder Naytiba - Thus completing the mission Eve set out to do destroying the Naytibas
Option 2 Merge with Adam the Elder Naytiba creating a new BEING a new human-Like Race one that can ideally allow for the human race to continue HOWEVER this makes you now an ENEMY of Mother Sphere and the space colony.
