Some friendly advice when using live crawfish, is to use a bigger bait keeper style J hook. It will increase you're hook up rates by quite a bit 😉

@@edward4319 Flair is the same age as AYO and Norm, has a wife and kid. Multiple properties and farm animals to maintain. Would seem to be a way busier guy and knocks out 2 to 3 videos a week. Youth isn't an excuse for work ethic. You have it or you don't. Not that I don't enjoy their content too, but who has the attention span for once a month videos?

Bought my first two googan baits yesterday looking forward to trying the bandito bug and the clutch. My local Walmart finally got y’all’s baits in 💪
Bandito and their hard baits are fire. Frogs, popper, and jerkbaits are amazing. Lunker logs are great too just don’t last long but catch more fish than a regular senko
@@GymRat339 I definitely want to find more of their baits locally. my step son found a googan frog and today and caught a fish 2 casts into fishing today. I was able to catch a fish each on my clutch and bandito bug.
Live Crawfish Never Failed Me
Facts 💯
You could dig a drain with a kind of mini-culvert on the spring creek from about where the tree is laid down to the inflow of the pond. Another idea you could look into is a couple more ponds set below the overflow of the first pond. As long as the flow from one into the others isn't blocked it should be fine.
For me it seems the best live crayfish bait is about the size of my thumb. I also have good success by using a float to keep the caryfish about 6-12 inches off the bottom, as they tend to kick around a bit more trying to reach the bottom.
The best thing about live crayfish is at the end of the trip, you can eat any leftover bait.

😮 That's a real good match up although I think the plastic does have an advantage it can swim as fast as you can move it.
I absolutely LOVE fishing with all of the Googan creature baits I love the krackin craws for jig trailers and a bandito bug Texas rigged!
You should make like a speed bump for the creek. Outline each side with some gravel (or concrete) then add some large river rock in between

Great vid! You should create a small silt type area above the mini pond so that debris doesn't build up as fast. Just a thought. Can't wait for the next one

I actually used some of googan crow fish in a pond threw it in some shade and caught 6 fish great baits to throw in a jig

Crawfish are all fine and dandy if you have a dug out pond, but if you got a pond with a damn on it they can be disastrous, because they like to dig into the dam and potentially cause leaks, freshwater shrimp would be a preferred choice if you got a pond Dam

For a challenge you should do a salt water combo ice fishing combo or fresh water
Practically only caught fish on googan crawdad so far this year and the classic midnight blue spinner for the Walmart video!

Great video, as ALWAYS! Those crawfish are going to do good for the ecology of the pond as part of the food chain. A stable population of them could help keep down the dead plant matter, which means more oxygen, clearer water and a renewable food source for the bass. I'm no expert though - but they did look pretty cool scrambling everywhere on the paddle board. :D

What rig did you have for the bass caught at 21:30? Wondering how the craw travelled up the line and you just had to unhook
The hook was the main factor. Live craw work better in the winter I hear. Alkaseltzer, wrap it on the craw with panty hose, roll baitcaster with thumb not the crank.

Looked kinda like a green sunfish. It was a little hard to see in the shade, but they have chubby looking cheeks and iridescent green lightning streaks on their gills to go with their big ol mouth

Yoooo Lojo family I ALMOST caught my first bass today. Here in Wa it’s been barely warm enough for bass to go into prespawn. Got a few bites but ripped my craws right out their mouths.

Went to a local Ollies today, and bought alotttt of googan soft plastics, every color, and 2 packs of each, the cashier was so surprised by how much fishing bait i had lol. ( got 2 different color krackin Craws)
