Hey everyone! First of all thank you all so much for the kind support and wishes. I'm doing good and am making my return to TH-cam! The first few videos are going to be ones recorded in early-April, but brand new recorded videos will begin May 11th! Thank you all again so much!
I still believe that you should gather some other starwar fans and create your own business and create customs and sell them with Your own brand which will bring joy to us starwars fans, I'd love to see this become a reality but I'm still in highschool so not alot of time. Thanks for coming back JCC2224!
You don't even have to worry about making the paint all perfect and stuff for the 332nd troopers in all honesty, hehe. Rex himself even said "The paint job's a little crude, but we think it gets the job done." And if you look closely at their helmets all throughout the arc and even the in the final scene when Ahsoka and Rex bury the dead, you can tell a lot of the 332nd's helmets do have very crude paintwork, with many having white patches in between and some jagged, rough orange outlining. If anything, "not so clean and crisp paintwork" actually compliments these helmets specifically! :D
The left over orange and choppy blue lines actually compliments Vaughn greatly! Makes it look battle-damaged just like in the Siege of Mandalore arc! Great work all around, JCC. Don't sell yourself short my guy. If you want, I'd absolutely LOVE to request some commissions from you. I know a lot of us fans would pay GOOD money for this stuff that Hasbro will NEVER, EVER re-visit!! :D
That dyed figure looks so awesome, I might have to try that. Imagine giving that figure silver highlights or paint the colored parts silver. That would look nice.
Really amazing customs!!! One trick for helmets: if you want to use that Cody head under that Von helmet, you can fit it with hot glue. Put tin foil in it, then fill it, coat the post and neck of the figure in water and push it in. Careful not to warp the helmet though! I used to try to dye action figures as a kid. Never worked because I just would use water and marker ink. 🤣🤣🤣
The blue lines on the 501st guy looks good with the not straight lines, it looks better in my opinion than it would with straight lines. Only thing I’d change is making them thinner
"You try doin' them stripes, man. You try." I mean... curve masking tape? That could help out a lot. I use it often and it works a treat. Used it on my SS86 Jazz-to-Nightbeat conversion and the lines on the fenders are super clean.
What I do when I customize figures and I need straight lines I get some tape and put it is the stencil of the design and paint over the tape making it as straight at they could be
I was able to get a Phase 2 clone and a (horribly painted) Commander Colt for next to nothing and made my own 332nd and ARC Fives. I didn't even attempt to do the leg stripes on the 332nd but you're making me want to go back an attempt it.
One terrifying thing as a child is waking up in the middle of the night and hearing a helicopter flying like RIGHT OVER your roof. Until you realize it’s just a guy.
Those are awesome, I would love to customize some of mine! What paint do you use? I used a sharpie when I was eight which ruined it and stained my other ones😅
Hey, so I read all your FAQ that you paste under all your videos and I couldn't find the answer to one question I wanna ask and it's this: Are you able to do commissions? And if not, are you willing to at some point or is it never?
I use a pretty standard blue for these guys. Honestly when you go paint shopping, really compare the different blues and decide which one you really like best!
I used Apple Barrel, it's at Walmart. It's a good introductory paint, but you have to make sure you don't lay it on thick! I recommend higher quality paints like Citadel, Tamiya, etc. nowadays tho. Just as long as its acrylic-based it works on toys pretty well!
It's a running gag that people tease me for "confusing" ARF trooper Waxer and Boil even though I actually didn't. It originated from a handful of people that were confused themselves and "corrected" me. lol

That Vaughn is AWESOME also in glad you're doing good
What kind of paint do you use for your clone customs?
Wish I could have those three figures
I guess it's kinda off topic but do anybody know a good site to watch newly released series online ?
@Darren Vincenzo flixportal xD
Having fond memories of Republic Heroes, I must say seeing Kano brought to life is a joy to the child inside me
These customs are perfect, man! I especially like Boomer and Vaughn!

I love the Kano! I wish they had made an official version. He’s one of my favorite clones.
Really amazing customs!!!

These are awesome!
IKR?! Hasbro made a phase I 501st trooper for TCW but they never made a phase TWO 501st trooper! Like, why not??!! T_T

The return of the cody
4:50 I will always continue asking this myself too. Damnit, Hasbro! T___T
One more question. From which brand is your paint?
We’re almost at the 100 Clone Corner Wonder if Jcc is going to do something special
Hey, so I read all your FAQ that you paste under all your videos and I couldn't find the answer to one question I wanna ask and it's this: Are you able to do commissions? And if not, are you willing to at some point or is it never?

what brand paint did you use? I been trying to get into customs and wanted to know a good paint, the paint you got looks really nice.
I used Apple Barrel, it's at Walmart. It's a good introductory paint, but you have to make sure you don't lay it on thick! I recommend higher quality paints like Citadel, Tamiya, etc. nowadays tho. Just as long as its acrylic-based it works on toys pretty well!
