He IS insane. He's a son of Wily after all, and unlike Mega Man he actually enjoys killing other robots in battle. If you're talking about the cover, he's the lead singer and trying to look like one of those crazy rock stars.
***** Thanks a lot Mario, now I found them. Not really a fan of what they did to the Wily Machine theme though. A swanky jazz club is not my idea of a good time, especially when I want to feel the venom and the anger in a wily theme. Wily Capsule theme is pretty dead on though. They nailed it. I like how they did that one much better, even though I like the Wily Machine theme a lot better than Wily Capsule in the actual game. I do think both of those boss themes deserved their own tracks though. Feels like they were kind of hidden the way they did it.
When a robot goes for one month without treatment for Roboenza, it causes robots to go berserk, as such the case with the Robot Masters from Mega Man 10. The exact same thing happened to Bass. He wasn't cured after a month, and as a result, he went berserk.

How come Wily Machine and Wily Capsule were not included in this soundtrack? Very disappointing. This Wily Machine was my very favorite boss theme.
