The weak and minority Kukis only retaliate in self defence as they never dare to attack first. While the centre may be blamed for not containing the violence, the fact remains that Manipur violence was started by the majority Meiteis with full backing of state government.

Now, manipur govt has become essentially a meitei govt excluding the zo kukis. The centre is also giving a step motherly treatment to her children's fighting in favour of the stronger. The recent flareup was started by the meitei militants yet kukis got the blame. 10 kukis got killed not because they attacked CRPF camp, but because they ambushed unsuspecting kukis. Central forces failed because most of them favoured a certain commnunity. Playing blame game would not work.

We all know and have seen the videos that the armed man came only after the Meiteis started burning and the conflict started. He's diverging the narrative of the start of the conflict so as to blame the Kukis. What the Meiteis should also know is that they have killed two of our Kuki people one a class 12 student few days before the conflict erupted. They won't talk about these things because it's not their people and it will only makes clear that they are the one fueling and starting the conflict.

Yes, Couple of Armed men were seen in the evening of the 3rd May and it was gone viral. But none of them took part in the rally nor retaliatory burning. Meitei started the violence before the 3rd May Rally. On 2nd May they blocked roads leading to tribals areas in what they called counter blockage even when there was no blockage by the tribals. The blockage was intensified on the 3rd May leading to the unfortunate flare up.
