That wasn't a skate. I just swung the eager sword in the air and swapped off while swinging. It's just a normal thing all characters do
He didn’t, he just eager swung while placing the banner which moves the banner outside the banner circle and kinda looks like a skate.

@lazykb nice I've never played halo personally but I have close to 25000 hrs on Skyrim across PS3 PS4 PS5 and a little on pc

Feel like it might be worthwhile to actually send a ticket or similar to bungie with the video of the clear and see if they could give you the emblem at least in some other way.
