Welp here goes nothing, according to how many times you responded to people commenting on this video. Thank you for sharing, I wish I could afford to have some (one-off) 4130 steel parts copied/cast from the inferior materials I used at the time I fabricated them. Like Live Steam 1/8 scale AAR Type A locomotive trucks that I have several blueprints of & a plastic & wooden sprocket I made etc.. Any guess how much it would cost to make these in regular 4130 steel for me? Anything more than a few hundred bucks is not feasible for me. I don't even have a milling machine or a lathe yet either :-(
