Both are good choices! I think it comes down to what era you want more - Original trilogy or Prequel/Clone Wars. Also, the AAT and 501st pack is really good to build out armies, but the 2020 AT-AT is much more impressive on the shelf. So I'd say if you're trying to build a clone or droid army, go with the AAT and the 501st, but otherwise grab the AT-AT.
