On the weekends especially after the first of the month the traffic is worse than a big city. The smaller towns within 60 miles influx into Gallup to do their shopping. It's rather nightmarish. Especially at the Walmart
We are in the center of Indian reservations n on the first of the month people from the reservation come to do their shopping n it gets very busy population jumps fr 20000 to 75000
Cool. I grew up in Gallup. Until 1985 when we moved across country to Tennessee. I remember some of those places.

Very interesting. Surprisingly crowded. I thought it would be a quiet ghost town with hardly any cars in sight.
Although not as crowded as its northern neighbors despite being on the Interstate, it does get busy at times, especially during the summer.
