@@TheStarrrrrr the only way you can get these DLC characters now is pretty much having an old storage device that contains the DLC and I wish I could find someone that would sell me theirs cuz I still play WWE 13 but back when it first came out my brokeass didn't had WiFi so I couldn't buy the DLC
If you have the same ps3 account you can go to account management and transaction history and all of the the stuff you ever purchased on your ps3 account will show up and you can redownload it thats what I did

You’ll have to license transfer(Xbox 360) with someone who already owns the dlc since you can still download the dlc if you already bought it before it got taken down.
