Section 123-131 of the Negotiable Instruments Act contain provisions relating to crossing.According to section 131-A, these these sections are also applicable in case of drafts. Thus not only cheques but bank drafts also may be crossed.

Sir agar amount drawee k account me hi transfer karwani h to, simply uska name aur uska account no. hi enough h, to crossing ka kya matlab..? Agar koi b banda(a thief) without crossing cheque lekar jaega aur bolega account me transfer kr do to drawee k account me hi jaegi na amount, representator k account me thodi?
