Taking back my mind is wonderful because I get to consciously create intention I look forward to continuing on this path… I’m so thankful to have found this podcast and Michael Beckwith.
"Take back," to me, implies effort, loss and a BIT of low-vibration of "fight and competition." Rather, I love the phrase, "call back." "Call back" your energy, your information. The simple thought, the simple focus, on your energy/information returning to you is all that is needed. Those who have transitioned fully back to Spirit, what they do (MOST with the help of an agreed-upon Being/Guide), is call back their energy/information in order to take their next step in Spirit ... AND to file away that information in their Akashic Records. And the lovely thing, as Dr. Beckwith points out, is that you can do this while you have a body, while you are a humanBeing. There is no need to wait until you have fully transitioned to take your next step in your adventure.

This is so good Rev Michael I have decided to incorporate you back into my meditational spiritual practice. And it is such a joy to listen to your spiritual maturity from where I first started from.
