After reading so many bad things about this, I thought I'd give it a try to see what the fuss is all about, I mean, how bad could it be? And oh boy, it's now my favorite 'soap'. Glad to find someone that agrees.

Found a tub of this at local beauty supply store for $5 and after watching your review I figured what the hell and got it. You are absolutely right in your review. It's a hidden gem. Thanks for the honest reviews and keep up the good work.
Thank you for explaining and showing the finished Pinaud shaving cream. I write from Germany and here you can not get Pinaud everywhere and unfortunately it is very "expensive" compared to local shaving soaps. The great thing about this cream is its easy handling. Without brush and "annoying" foam head .-) Above all, as a beard wearer, I can finally see the edges of the beard and shave clean. For me, this Pinaud cream is one of the best products and also has this wonderful good old barbershop fragrance! Thank you for the great video. Regards from Germany

I didn't know that, it was a brushless cream until I bought it. Apart from being a brushless cream, it works great as a pre-shave cream and an aftershave balm/moisturiser. The scent matches to the shaving soap and the Clubman's Vanilla aftershave.

Don , in seeing that you loved this brushless cream I would highly recommend ProShave Brushless Shave Cream from Freehold, N.J. It is easily obtained on the internet. Probably my favorite brushless, which I've always loved. It is what I used on my birthday.
Interesting, I often use Clubman aftershave but wouldn't have suspected their shave cream to perform, let alone outperform. Have you tried the Nivea shave creams? Also very slick and protective.
I bought this cream and found my skin soaked it up too quick So I Lathered with normal shave soap and used a brush Now here’s the strange thing this cream is excellent for preshave also now don’t need to use Post Shave balm But yes wouldn’t want to be regularly getting the gunk in razor But now use it for preshave set up

@@MrDonXX , does your Model T contain the revisions? And is that the white chrome polish? Clubman Pinaud is a commonly used brand here in Memphis' barber shops. Just never knew they had a shaving cream. Beau Brummell, Baxter of California, and Burke Avenue have been my introductory brands.
@@MrDonXX 10-4, Brother! On account that the other models aren't even up for view yet. I would take the same approach, as I've seen the delays. As well as threating messages to the staff. How does the hold and finish feel to you? And how does the glide feel with this cream? Especially without brush application?
If I used a brush with this cream it would be pointless and you know what I'm talking about when you see it more like a moisturizer but does lather a little the slickness and glide are tops I've never used any better so far. As for the Razor finish, it's flawless and feels great well balanced.
I'm going to buy a container of this stuff. I already have Pinaud Clubman Shaving Soap which I think is fantastic actually. But this Cream might be good for a quick shave when I need it.
Man, if it smells like your vintage barber, it must smell nice. I got some from a guy who had an allergic reaction to cloves because he wasn’t paying attention when he bought it. I need to do a video with it soon. He sent me the bath soap too. It’s a top scent for me!

Donald Youngner It’s definitely more gratifying when watching reviews to see what’s being cut through. It’s one of the reasons I watch PaulH. He’s a twice a weeker and gets pretty substantial growth so you get to see the quality of what he uses. Same for you.
I use Personna Blue blade maybe you need to change your blade as well? not really sure but you can;t go wrong with this shaving cream it so slick it's crazy

Don't like these so called sleek and latherless creams. Got a tube of Cremo from my daughter as a present and tried it twice with a gap of two weeks and hated it. I did not have the heart to tell that to my daughter. Not only it did not soften the beard, it clogged the blade too. Not for me.
It is funny how the "wet shaving mob" almost always has the instinct to call any Canned or brushless cream lousy and assume it's all garbage. But obviously is not true, we are all little boys playing with our toys and want to use the brush, but the brush is not a necessity for a great shave.

I was told that it does have the revisions but just to be sure I will verify it. I selected the Chrome version thinking I would get it sooner - lol

I have never used it, but I dont see why you couldn’t froth it with a brush on your face after rubbing it in with your hands. Have you tried it??

No tugging what so ever! The shave was like I didn't have any beard at all. I don't own a Muhle R41 but if and when I do I'll make a video
Excellent! Yesterday I shaved with SV Mana di Sicilia and the R41 was tugging even when I changed the blade!

Fill up your sink with just a little bit of water and you'll save water by not running it after each pass.

I don't consider this incense a cream, it doesn't stick to a razor, it's rather a balm, and I treat it as such.
