You can just FEEL the relief when the skin starts to relax, settle, and return to its normal, healthy color. I had an ingrown on a big toe before; I KNOW how bad that pressure gets.
i am just curious... can you prevent the ingrown by trimming the nails more frequently ?
@@dondonhui Yeah that's generally the idea. If it doesn't get overgrown, it's much harder for it to get ingrown.
Ok, I have had 3 surgeries on my big toes for that exact reason, don't cut them short! That causes ingrown toenails which makes the nail grow into the skin.

@@Pureinsomnia bro what they do in surgery?
I don’t know why I find things like this very satisfying
Me too.

Do they numb it because when I do mine I NEVER get that deep I only ever get a small piece out and it hurts like hell
Yes i had one removed a year back, i was this relaxed due to it being numb
I had mine removed at a nail spa n they didn’t numb it 😅 it doesn’t hurt at all … Best pedicure I’ve ever had 🫶🏽 definitely gave them 5 stars..
@@UnifyEverythingnumbing isn’t required tho bcz I didn’t have mine numbed n I was fine
@@iamasia_perez man, I tried to do mine yesterday and it hurt like hell and bled, I don't understand how they do it, mine is connected.
@@rororobertson they are professionals! please see a podiatrist to remove the nail the sharp edge is still there thats why there is pain
The fact that the patient didn't have an infection is truly amazing
ikr😭
It just kept getting worse, he's very fortunate
True, mine always get infected and I have to do some good ol bathroom surgery to take care of it 😂
I’m obsessed with this Channel… it’s the fact that I understand what they’re saying when speaking putong hua and also how soothing and clean the doctors handwork is.
Mr Toenail is a nail tech, not a doctor

Nosssa que unha estranha 😮
Girl you are gorgeous
It's so amazing to me that after the ingrown nail is gone, the pain disappears instantly
Imagine having Fantom pain forever. Some people have chronic pain after removing a leg very scary
Not so instantly, but the pain level of an ingrown nail is SO severe that the relief seems like no pain at all.
This looks like it would feel so good! I bet that guy walked out of there literally levitating!!
😅 He won't be feeling good eventually though, because that is going to come right back, maybe worse than here.
That's one of the best feel good feelings when that ingrown toenail is removed. 🎉🎉🎉 Great job🎉🎉
Not me going “PULL IT! PULL IT! PULL IT!” At 1:06
Frr
I always feel nervous that he'll slip and cut someone lol Guess that's why he's a pro.
There is the chance he only shows the ones who don't get cut lol.
I believe this guy doesn’t need that toe nail anymore haha
It will just come back, I’m not a doctor but having had this procedure done and watching other doctors I can say this method is the last I would choose.
The real fix is surgery and using Acid to stop part of the nail from growing back.
What would you choose to treat it instead?
@@crystalo8603 I'm in the UK, so the NHS specialist doctor warmed my feet by rubbing it and then use a small tourniquet to cut off the blood flow to the toe. After it had numbed a little I received an injection on either side of the toe to block the pain. Next, the doctor made a cut from the top of the nail down to the nail bed removing the section of nail directly cutting into the flesh of the toe, this was done on both sides. Lastly, a type of acid is placed on a cotton bud and pushed into the nail bed where the nail was growing into the skin this prevents any regrowth meaning this procedure is a permanent fix. Most of the TH-cam doctors that do this procedure don't do as clean a job as the average NHS specialist. Check out: The Toe Bro
What is the alternative?
An orthese ( piece of wire) which will prevent the nail edges from curving.
Just cutting the edges ( like in the video) means easy relief short term, but an even accentuated issue long term: the flesh will invade the free space in a matter of days and the nail , which grows slower, will cut again through it.
That’s some serious surgical skill and precision
It looks like it's been done so many times that the nail is shrinking side to side instead of being spread across the the toe
I came here to say that. It’s as if he’s growing that triangle shape in order to keep the client returning.
@@Lela-plantsso true it should have never been cut that deep to begin with
Fantastic job. Did this technique even require a digit block? For me that’s the most painful part
I cut my own out very similar however it never gets that bad. This man must have some relief.
This Dr is nice and gentle. He’s so good compared to other videos that’s I’ve seen. Most of them cut so much nail off and most of the time the patients toe is bleeding.
What's that tool name?
never bleed,what a deed
Brother can you tell me the name of this tool?
Is it just me who watches these kinda videos because my toenails hurt? 😃
🙋🏽♂️
What is the name of the blade the doctor is using for the procedure
I always cut my own out. It hurts like hell !!
Damn I don't know how you can stand it because mine hurts so bad it's so tender to the touch. But not infected. Just painful. I couldn't do it myself. I'm definitely gonna need a topical anesthetic like lidocaine because I can't it so painful.
And if you do yours "all the time " what it just keeps coming back im wondering????
@@sayittomyfaceidareyou8629 mine have to be cut out every couple months. I'm just crazy I guess, cause I can force myself through the process, but I can't let anyone else touch it. Both sides of both big toes
@@sayittomyfaceidareyou8629 yeah they always come back. Both sides of both big toes. I can do it, but I can't let anyone else do it. I just mentally force myself through it
The pain is kind of satisfying 🗿
@@justaperson4475 yeah it kind of is, that's why I power through it .
He is so skilled how is there no blood?
What is this procedure called and what type of tool was used?
Is the toe numb first? OUCH if it isn’t. Been there, done sort of that but ….
Where is he located?
I've had this done several times, it's such a relief 🤣
Q trabajo tan profesional y q píe tan hermoso y bello me encanta mucho ❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😊😊
I also like it
While I appreciate the precision, this patient will always have recurring ingrown toenails with this method because they aren’t also killing the nail matrix after doing the minimal wedge resection they’re doing.
The nail folds will just keep encroaching and yet the edge of the nail will still try and grow back, digging in again.
What amazes me is that when hes using the sharp knife thetes no blood now thats strange he must be good 😊
Where can I buy that tool ?
omg i felt relieved
I'd like to know what size blade he uses????
Does it hurt when he uses that tool to cut the nail like that?
From my experience, it only hurts when the nail is being pulled out. Otherwise when the knife is used it does not hurt at all.
I wonder what aliens think when they see us watch this stuff…..lol!😊
What is the name of this nail cutter?
scalpel blade
I always wonder how they keep that blade from slipping and cutting into the nail bed or cuticle!
I don’t know why I enjoyed watching this
I’m addicted to these typ of videos
I just did mine for the second time but this time it was permanent.
But mine were not like that I do pedicure very frequently
Do the nails grow back?
What is this tool called
Not sure but looked up ingrown toenail kit and it's right there included in a set of like 7 to 9 tools and prices from 6.99 to some 29.99 and up.
My ingrown toenails are attached all the way along the side. I have to literally tear them away and end up bleeding. How do these ones just slip out/off?
I just got this procedure done today, so it’s nice to know what they did to my foot. 😅
What causes in-grown toenails??
Poorly fit shoes that are too tight, genetics, and cutting your nails in a v-shape instead of straight across.
@@who5789 not straight across we need to file the sides like a moon shape and leave no edges
I have ingrown toenail on myright big toe so im abt to go through this
Do you use some sort of softener? .
They do it after your feet soak
I never had toe nail removal, but dear god it’s satisfying
除了患者的大拇指以外,都是平的……为什么?会变成三角形吧?
Quanto mais estreito o corte na unha ... a pele invade e vai tomando o lugar!
Is this at a doctors office?
it doesn't hurt?
U jus released her from light headache
That toe-jam just sitting there hanging out, is grossing me the heck out!
What is the name of the tool
Thou i don't understand their language but very satisfying..he is the best..
I typically go to my two ladies who are so gentle and skilled. Never a pinch…
I’m getting this done on Monday. Any tips?
this shit is terrifying and satisfying at the same time
1:10 , 2:30 , 3:13
The money shots, for those interested.
is this a one & done deal, or will it come back again and again?
What causes it?
It will continue to come back as the nail bed where the ingrown starts is still producing nail. If you watch The Toe Bro he explains it much better.

Thank You
I like this the way how to remove ingrown watching from Makati Philippines
I wish my nail salon would do this. They do something else that doesn’t involve razor. In the States you can’t do this (well, you’re not supposed to 😅) but if my salon had an option to do the regular way or this way for my ingrown, I’d choose it! 😃
Are they accepting male customer?
Do they numb him?
No these victims need be very drunken
Does this hurt the horse?
This is my favorite one on TH-cam lol
Who can perform this in USA?
Does anyone know any podiatrists in the UK who use this method?
It's a satisfying ingrown removal. I would have loved it more if the nail is soaked with cuticle remover or water to make it soft.
I need that razor knife tool
Whats it called please?
I have been watching CS deliveries in YT, but why does this one feel like I'm going to pass out 😰😰😰😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫
Just because they're at the very bottom doesn't mean you can forget about caring for your feet! Ugh 🤢
Has this person's toe been given an injection or ten to numb any pain I have a similar situation but I can't even touch mine its curled inwards down each side so the chances that I'm gonna let someone else touch it and with sharp instruments I can tell you is a resounding hell to the no way I'd raffle myself before allowing this to happen I went to see a clinic about it and when I asked if they would be numbing my toe and they said no my ass was up out that chair faster than a greased weasel f that im in the UK though so we are known for torture lol
you are gonna lose that toe. See a podiatrist they provide numbing there is a nice podiatrist lady in England she has a youtube channel on here she removes ingrown toenails she has great bed side manners too
You cant go to a regular clinic or doctor they don't have the tools! See a podiatrist!
@jamsng thanks very much, you don't happen to remember her name do you?
@jamsng oh sorry I should have clarified. This was a podiatrist I went to see after a doctor referred me.
Shit I’m not saying men has to start doing pedicures.. but seems like there is a benefit to just taking basic care of your nails to avoid them getting into hell format
Why do little toenails go like that..? Started seeing it in my own too
not a cryptosis. the nail is involuted.
And within 3 months it will have come back again, so whats the long term preventative solution, you can't just keep having dug out
It wasn't painful when the doctor cut the patient's nail like that? 😮
How do they know its ingrown do they go in w pain?
Yeah, very painful man, anyone who says it isn't is talking shit, however I kick mine against stuff, and when I stub it right on the right the place it feels magical.
And no im not from Florida.
Hope that cutter doesn't slip, i thought they normally used scissors.
You’re cutting the nails unnecessarily way too short this will cause ingrowns. You have to do something to prevent the ingrown from coming back too
India madhe kon karat ka treatment
its funny to me how they almost always have the nail ingrown on both sides.
I feel like this hurts
It feels like they’re cutting these nails like crazy short but I’ve never been to a podiatrist so idk man 😳
Nossa que dó, acabou com a unha 😮😢
how does this even happen? like he never takes his boots off or something?
Do they numb before the procedure? Anybody know?
Depends. When I got mine removed they numbed my foot, 2 shots into both sides of my toe. A cold spray was used so I couldn’t feel the pinch but I did feel the pressure and that HURT. I got it done at the podiatrist, clinical setting and everything. But from what I’ve seen they sometimes don’t numb the patient, I guess it depends on how the person removing the ingrown goes about it and where you go.
No, they don’t. It usually doesn’t even bleed unless your nail has already pierced through the skin.
Coloca a prótese para a unha não envergar
Can't believe he let them get that bad . What the hell were you thinking ?
Way better than that so called american toe nail expert / doctor/ specialist lol
Hell yeah, thank TH-cam algorithm

If I had ingrown toe nails that bad, I'd want my whole toe nail removed, and acid put on is so it doesn't grow back.
Very nice work 🤯🙌🏻👍🏻😎
looks satisfying as hell😂
