I mean if they made human monkey hybrids, my first thought wouldn't be "let's harvest their organs" -- it'd be "oh shit let's chill"
But researchers didn't wake up one day and thought to themselves "that's cool, lets do it"; they have a goal in mind... Well, maybe they did, but they also need a way to convince people to fund their experiments.
is one of the only reasons we have to make hybrids

So we won’t bring Mammoths back because of ‘ethical reasons’ even though we killed them and they played an important role in their ecosystems but we strive to make human-monkey hybrids. 💀
you could argue this is nature playing itself out. All species that goes extinct because of homo sapiens is natural and part of evolution. If we try to save these animals from going extinct we are trying to fight against nature.
Heh Yeah
Nicely built bro
Let's just make human mammoth hybrids and call it a day
Who is "we"? Surely you are using that word to describe a select group of people.

@@olabassey3142no we are the only organism that matters
@@Fuckalope-cm5dk There are countless aspects of the hellishness of the many avenues of biomedical research. For instance, imagine being an experimental synthetically derived human-monkey hybrid. There isn't a syllogism that can fully relate how irredeemably fucked that situation is from every conceivable angle. There are some things you do not want to learn unless you're driven by a Faustian desire for self-obliteration; Can you really say, for example. that you genuinely desire to learn the true meaning of fear?
@@Fuckalope-cm5dk Lol not really. Everything that lives on this planet is there for a reason, they're not for show. Everything has to work together. That sort of mindset is why we're in such a mess.
With billions of dollars in military black budgets around the world you got to wonder how far this has really been taken behind the scenes. If it's possible to humanize animals I'm sure someone has tried animalizing humans.
Hahaha 😁 Animals... animals.
its has happened before, the actual origin of (human) races😏
Tried?
And what benefit would that serve, exactly?

wow uhh thanks for showing this totally not ethically questionable or terrifying study
uh well its not like animal experiments are smth new, so shrug.. idt this is any worse than mass slaughter of male baby chicks or smth similar, which yes is a huge issue we should deal with but since we dont for whatever reason, it doesnt seem reasonable to shut down research which can actually produce better quality of life for more humans than smth like the meat industry ever could 🤔

Weird. My brother went to highschool with a girl about 20 years ago that figured out how to make mice fetuses or brood to glow in the dark. Wonder if it’s a Calgary girl behind this or if it’s something they ripped of her for a scholarship.
Making mice glow has been around for a while
That completely out of the blue alex jones outro was absolutely hilarious.
Wasn’t there a movie talking about the questionable ethics of creating animals or clones whose sole purpose in life was to grow replacement organs?
The Island (2005) is one.
You're not going _soft_ on that "ethics" issue again, are you?
We can just not grow human brains in them. Do you have such ethical concerns in eating meat? It is essentially the same.

Pretty interesting I saw this paper on twitter
Might explain a lot of those purple lights installed in a city.
If you think about it, we are basically putting a magical spell on an animal that we then sacrifice for healing miracles 😂
Quite the pagan endeavour.
But yes, I would like a heart transplant without risk of rejection, please. even if it does require black magic.
Magic is just science that is not understood yet. Like when Columbus used an almanac to trick some Indians into thinking the Catholic god summoned a blood moon.

Another dollar in the Alex Jones was right jar.
This is one of those times in which the question is not how, but why. Wait what?, was there a foundation funding chimeric experiments? and still steam cell therapy is banned?
It’s almost like scientists A) aren’t taking FMA as a proper warning and B) “Were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn’t stop to think if they should.”
I would continue to be smarmy about it but considering I can’t find _anywhere_ where anyone is bothering to apply the Three Laws of Robotics to AI, I think I’ll just be sad instead.
I’ll bet someone has taken this a lot farther nd created their own Island of Dr. Moroeau.
I really like the Video, i dont understand the hate about ethics, if we dont do research we would never get better, it seems similar to me to automation in the workplace, but in the end we know it is going to happen, and i rather let it be research by some credible scientists than some made ones.
Conflicting body horror on innocent, creatures seems like progress to you? Instead of focusing on ethical ways to grow organs like 3d printing, etc.? You think its okay to give birth to a creature and immediately murder it to steal its organs for use in a human when we could literally go about this a million other more ethical ways that are also currently being researched? Literally the only reason this shit is being funded is so governments can do nefarious shit eith it later. The disguise of organ transplants isn't real, thats not their goal, thats what they tell people like you so you'll consider it an actual ethical question and debate instead of a horror show.
Are these "credible scientists" really any better than the "mad ones"? These essentially are just the "mad scientists" just with official funding. I agree that biological experiments like this are just as unstoppable as the automation of industry and we can't entirely stop it as long as our society keeps progressing but that does not entirely discredit the ethical concerns and the exact way in which this stuff is handled and used is important.
Ethics exist for a reason. We don't want to create human consciousness in non-human bodies that only exist for brutal experiments. Imagine being born into this world with a human-level consciousness just so you can be a disposable lab animal. That is an abhorent result that can easily be produced if we're not careful with embryological studies. Also, as stated in this video, plenty of human embryonic samples have/are being obtained through unethical means by governments that prey on marginalized people. We don't want to endorse these disgusting practices, so ethical regulations must be set/maintained.
most people are just very empathetic, i think part human is fine as long as the chimera does not show high intellect, but when we do brain research that will have to change in some way.
Because it's wrong to treat sentient beings as insentient things for one's own benefit. It's unethical, even if people don't want to accept it is due to their self-serving bias.
I hope i would be able to affoard an organ in future, but what about brain ?
Aliens already do this with us.
Comment for engagement
Because I need more of this
I mean, it is scary to experiment on animals and causing this amount of suffering. But also, the meat industry already kills so many animals in horrific ways and I don’t really care about that, so why should this be any different? After all, it serves humanity even more. Pausing research on something promising is a sure fire way to fall behind adversaries who do not have such moral hangups, just look at the EU’s tech scene compared to Silicon Valley.
What is the point of progress if it goes in an undesirable direction? "it serves humanity", that can mean almost anything, not necessarily good or bad.
@@elio7610 I don’t know about you, but I think the organ donors would be pretty happy about it. And who knows we may be able to, in the future just recycle our organs until our brain gives out, I think it serves humanity far more than replacing ourselves with AI but that’s a different conversation.
@@elio7610 and if we don’t do it, someone else well. And when the technology proves itself we will be be left in the rain.
@@notdolandark Are you seriously trying to say that an animal grown to have its organs harvested would be hsppy about it? Just imagine yourself in that position, almost nobody would be happy to be in that position.
@@elio7610 a human life is worth more than the animals life. It’s not really a matter of if the animal is happy about it. It’s about which outcome is better for society.

The nephilim are back. Humans with crocodile head, you know them from your Giza and Luxor trip. The alien from the movie was in fact a human from the future that was upgraded picking from the animal catalogue.
Which movie?
Nephilim are children of humans and angels(or daughter of Cain and son of Set, but that’s probably not what’s being discussed)
Where are we getting angel dna. Actual question, angel dna would be quite valuable for research purposes and seeing how they work, maybe even reverse engineering them. It would be wasted on making nephilim compared to just making an angel.
Could be like mammoths where we don’t have all the dna so we just put it in their closest relative, still wouldn’t make sense to make a nephilim instead of a monkey-angel or a snake-angel(see seraphim, burning ones, could also be burning snakes).
@@gamingweeb2-842they would not have DNA they would not be made of biomatter at all. More like machines than anything else.
@@Fuckalope-cm5dk ah so they can’t make nephilim then, since androids can’t have biological hybrids
Unless nephilim are cyborgs, which is cool.
Plus if they’re machines, it’ll be amazing for scientist if we can vivisect them, think of all the advancements in science from dissecting the machine angels!
Moral ambiguity of creating human/animal hybrids aside, if that jellyfish protein could be used in tattoos Id try it lol
The only important thing is to avoid it from growing a human brain.
