A tip. Use raspberry seed oil as sunscreen. Works perfectly. Perhaps not enough if you lay hours in the sun. But for normal daily life. During my 6 months in Thailand I only used sunscreen 2 times. The sun is our healer it dont give us cancer for sure. Prob all the sunscreen that do that. Love the vids 🌸😊

I hope you are able to visit his family often. Time passes all too fast. I live in the same city as my mom and don’t get to see her very often now, because I’m constantly getting pneumonia. Seaweed has a lot of minerals and takes radioactivity out of the body. Also dissolves fat.
I believe the chemicals in sunscreen are bad for us. I use mineral sunscreen with zinc instead. We have options. 😊
