I find most of my success at reselling from my bin store on $1 day. Occasionally I will find something with enough profit from Goodwill, savers or Salvation Army. But these stores prices are pretty restrictive. (Too high). Good haul today. Enjoy your videos as always.
Did l miss something? I watched the whole show and l didnt see Jess acting any different than normal. She appeared preoccupied with the items. PRO was doing the fiiming and talking. The only thing l saw was she wasnt in her normal surroundings and that may make a difference. Can comments, be kinder ?
l really wouldnt want Jess becoming too concerned about what others are thinking of her.
She said before she was camera shy. She will talk when she feels like it. She isnt the star and she doesnt want to be the star.
They are a team.
The show is really about reselling.
She was very busy wiith the shopping and at one point it seemed she was eager to have a meal!
They didnt waste a moment of their time in those stores.
I ejoyed the video. And l miss them when there arent any. I want to be an encourager. I wouldnt want to see less of these videos that make my day! I like their warmth, their honesty and humor.

I always carry in a small gym strap bag with screwdriver different batteries and chargers I just pack it with what common things I need to test stuff it’s been amazingly helpfull

People have bad days or are tired or may have things on their minds. I get these guys are ment to "entertain " you, but they're also only human and tbh having to entertain people in these kind of things would completely exhaust me. That's why being a reseller myself here in Australia i don't do videos or social media its too much pressure. Keep up the Thrifty Fun 😊

The Goidwills I go to in Columbus do not offer returns. Ive been to 3 or 4 different Goidwills.

I personally would’ve picked up the hokas. That model/color way in the condition easily would get you $40. I sell beater Hokas all day long. A lot of people want them or at least an extra pair but don’t want to pay hoka prices so they buy beaters for cheap and use them as spares. Just talking from my personal experience but I usually sell them pretty fast
Still some decent money on the Gameboy for parts.

I found a short sleeve Carhartt button down with the Four Loko company embroidered on it. It was brand new with tags. It sold for right around $30 plus shipping and I’m sure if I would’ve held out, it would’ve gone for a little more. People love company logo clothes. I found an All State insurance t shirt. It was 90’s single stitch, but it was also for a local central Ohio branch and I sold that for like $25-$30
You can remove an embroidered logo from clothing. Buy a cheap seam ripper to cut the threads.

So, our goodwill only does one tag per week and it's only for clothing. Half off and .99 on Sundays. Most of the resellable clothing doesn't make it to half off, but I'll make sure to mention if I buy or consider an item that is on sale!
You guys are always finding new stock carts. I never see them when I thrift. Easy killer with camera bag just about took everything out when grabbing it lol. Do you just wait around till they bring them out?

There's a few out there that can be good like wachtersbach mugs and certain starbucks city mugs.
I just started selling on eBay. What’s the best tip you can give me on calculating the shipping, when to offer free shipping etc. etc. Thanks again for your videos 😊
Personally, if you're new I'd stick to calculated shipping. The reason being is you won't have to eat any mistakes in how much shipping to build into the price as you're learning. Free shipping versus not free shipping does get a lot of conversation, but listing consistently, buying good stuff, and taking decent pictures matters more.

Do you visit the goodwill that's closest to you, or the ones that usually have the most good stuff and may be further out for you?
I usually like to stay within a 30 minute or so radius.

Curious why you take the time to blur out people in thrift stores. Never see that in reseller videos.
There were a couple issues that popped up. I just made the call to blur at thrifts. Last year I was doing a lot of jump cuts and cropping, but blurring seems to work easier.
