This indicator works with BTC. However, I found it to lag and correlate poorly when used for altcoins (ATOM, FTM, NEAR).

I use 15 minute timeframe and I only touch "trigger length" to 3, default is 2, and pretty much is all perfect.

And use 15 minutes and I did not need to change anything. Just backcheck/test a bit but I think this indicator is pretty good on default settings.
OTS, are there any follow up video on this indicator?
According to the creator comments the default settings r ideal for 1 hour tf. They r also good on higher TF. He recommends looking at the higher TF n see if they line up.

for confirmation i use candlestick patterns. +sma 20 + lsma ( sometimes ) i use breakouts (on small time frame ) for example .. lets say i m trading on 4h i ll open another chart on 1h frame to find the breakout .. s/r lines +fibo levels as well..
It's a farm my friend, you will need to use every tool and indicator at its own time, there is nothing set for permanent use.. That is why you should gather a large amount of information before you start trading

This may not apply to you, but I found that you need to reset/reload the chart after changing timeframes for the indicator to synchronize properly(on Tradingview)
