1/10 g... LOL :-) You can double the price just by putting it into IKEA frame and then hang it on the wall... Beautifull and interesting decoration... Something to talk about with your guests... 1/10 g of gold, that is for me like 2 hours of shoveling in cold river... (on a good day). My record so far 0,5 g/day... but gas to get there somehow negates the gain, well it is a hobby, no monetary gain expected... :-)
@@TangibleLife Yes, is is very addictive. Gold fever is a real thing. When I found my first real gold, that was the moment... In this hard and crazy times it also keeps me physically and mentaly fit... Active relax, adventure, new friends... gold is just nice bonus...:-)
I prefer the newer complicated designs with security features. I was going to but some historical coins but bought one and then decided I prefer brand new shiny shiny.
Now you have a pretty nice US coin, unlike the "Clipped-Wing Turkey Buzzard" (ASE). I like the Buffaloes, but prefer your Britannia to the AGE. However, in the US, if you want to get top price for selling, you have to buy Buffaloes or AGE's. A sad fact. I think the Britannia is hands down the best looking gold out there plus it has security features far beyond the US Mint.
I agree. I would never have bought this coin normally it was just an opportunity and I would much rather have a 2021 Britannia but I see it has Gold is Gold at the end of the day.

Yes, I think I prefer the modern designs more with security features and shiny shiny 999.9
The buffalo came out in 2006 though the original 91% gold eagle came out in 1986
