Any multitrack program works... I don't know about the uploader but I still use an old program called Cool Edit Pro and it's still really good but the guys who did it were bought by Adobe and it is now called Adobe Audition. There are many other multitrack programs out there, unfortunately I know none that are free AND great at the same time... On Wikipedia there's a good list if you search "Comparison of multitrack recording software".
