Depents on your gear but if you are both equal then blood has good chance of winning.You can kill unholy with 3-4 seconds before Gargoyle is fully summoned.So in terms of power unholy looses but huge weakness to blood dps is kite.If he kites you very well like chain of ice and spam death coil then summon Gargoyle you are dead.This build is 99% close range and only sometimes you do kite.Paladin ret can also beat you but on kite not full on head to head.Preety much you can defeat all classes head to head but if they kite is a problem.Warrs can go head to head with you coz of bladestorm but thats only why,without it they can't do shit.But you have to play smart vs them to not get your hysteria wasted by shield wall.But Bladestorm vs Hysteria,Hysteria winns.And your anti-class is hunter marksman.

Hunters who know to position their pet are also nightmare because of endless kiting and poor disease/coil damage from you. 6. Ferals/Boomies kite you off with constant HoTs and natures of grasp, bash,cyclone and form change and just reopen when your major cds are down 7. Warriors cant beat you, just like rogues
Blood dk's are fisical hitters, the spell damage you do is just a very nice bonus, if the diseases didnt pump the death strike heal then blood dk's would just spam anything that hit the hardest with their build, you can try to play with some spell pen but you entire talent build is just focused on fisical damage and not spell damage. Spell penetration is simple a waste of gem slots. That's is the reason alot of people don't understand how to make a proper build from the scrath, you gotta choose a path and stich with it.

You dont depend on coils if you are with this build, only ptoblem could be Resist on strangulate
