If that’s the case, put something on top of the silk like blanket to make it softer and try end uo woth the silk in hip crease - closer to the thighs :) also, it takes time for body to adjust to the pressure of the silk, more info: www.camiyogair.com/post/your-first-aerial-yoga-class
