You hear the first note and you know the performance will be tremendous. Such a great composer and a great piece (and very good performers too) . Thank you for sharing .

You shouldn't use analysis abbreviations for titles of pieces. The piece is in C minor. Don't used lower case c in titles. The lay person doesn't know what that means. And it's just a confusing and unnecessary thing to do regardless.
I'd think that most people would be likely either to not notice the lowercase c or just think that it's a weird capitalization choice. It shouldn't be confusing for most people, because most people haven't been given any reason to think of the capitalization (or lack thereof) of a piece's key as carrying any real meaning.
Such a gorgeous piece. Vaughan Williams always grabs your soul.
A revelation to me. I thought I 'knew' my R.V.W. - and then THIS comes along! Wow ...
The wonderful and comfort of the Vaughan Williams‘ music they play with exquisite skill are out of this world, and irreplaceable, and off the charts.
What a banging start to this piece! 🤘

Does anyone else feel a certain amount of Brahms in this?
Yes! I was thinking the same.
far more lyrical, more use of ebullient viola melodies. andante strikes out more.
bien sûr !
- ainsi que des élans Mahleriens ...
Bravo!

Just curious....but....as an obnoxious pedant, have YOU accomplished ANYTHING in your micro-life?

well commend the pianist being mention 1st in the roster as it should in quintets
cello player tries to turn a solo a bit) great performance however
