- Here's a cool trick I learned that helped me remember the SCI levels from C1-T1. We also go over some important functional abilities and ADLs at some of these levels. Hope it helps!

Movement but the slide on C5 says pronation but in your demonstration you say supinate and your wrist are in supination
Thanks for catching that -- the C6 Slide was a typo and should read FOREARM SUPINATION.***
Also for C6 when you extend the wrist, your elbow is in extension. I thought that didn't happen till C7? Sorry just checking:)
@@colleenking467 agreed. I was under the impression c6 is pronation and flexion. Triceps are innervated by C7
