On May 11, 2022, as Paul Gallen, a Sydney born professional boxer, aggressively punched his way through Kris Terzievski's defences during the Australasian Heavyweight Title bout at the Newcastle Entertainment Centre, a similar punching incident unfolded outside the boundaries of the boxing ring.
According to the reports high-profile bikie Jason Fahey ‘overreacted’ and punched another spectator three times in the face before attempting to flee the Newcastle Entertainment Centre.
Ex Bandidos President and now a high-ranking Hells Angels bikie Jason Fahey was having a great time at the Newcastle Entertainment Centre.
Sitting next to him was another spectator who stood up and began dancing in celebration as the fight came to an end.

On March 13, 2013, a new Bill was enacted to amend section 89 of the Evidence Act 1995 (NSW). Under the amendment the change to caution is as follows: “You are not obliged to say or do anything unless you wish to do so. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when questioned something which you later rely upon in court. Anything you do say and do may be given in evidence. Do you understand?”
While this may sound worrisome, you do not have to make any decisions without legal consultation, as the “Special Caution” can only be administered in the presence of a lawyer, who when present, can advise you.

Yeah I think he got a good lawyer and they forced the court to use the term jabs for whatever punches he chose. Jab is considered to be lesser of a punch and not so much of a power punch. Can be thought of as almost a playful punch. Word trickery to make him look less violent.
