This was an incredibly technical fight where both fighters had to make adjustments. Well done to both fighters.
I think a star is born! Di Bella looked great and I think that they said it was his first time in a kickboxing ring in a couple of years. He's only going to get even better.

Zhang is going to be incredible with some more experience on him. Lightning fast hands and feet. I've never had so much fun watching lower weight classes!
Edit: after watching the whole fight, both fighters were incredible! I've never seen such speed, precision, and endurance. Phenomenal display from them both!

Zhang could have won if he focused the leg kicks and didn't go the boxing trades as Di Bella was 7 years older and 5 inches taller with decent boxing skills.

What are u on he got dropped via a head kick it wasn't a punch that dropped him. He was holding his own on the feet. So there's nothing he could have done to avoid that. He was simply tired and made a positional mistake.

Di Bella is the same speed as Zhang and he clearly has reach advantage. His footwork is better than Zhang. It’s a very difficult matchup for Zhang, only if he fully prepared the movement and combos that he can win. But Zhang is only 19 and he is still on the way to his prime.

Di Bella mixed things up more. Zhang seemed to be repeating the same stuff over and over. So it was easy to catch him with a high kick.

No. Di Bella is the same speed as Zhang and he clearly has reach advantage. Zhang’s movement is not as good as Di Bella that’s why he has to repeat some combos otherwise he can’t enter the pocket or even hit Di Bella. Actually Zhang defends multiple high kicks before the knockdown, it’s not that easy to catch him.

Bellas dad u should have advised him that ghe range is close enough for short hooks so throw a jab then step through knees. There was soo many times he could have really hurt him with a step in knee I don't get why that's not a part of his arsenal. It would have come in absolute clutch today if he had a good knee game.
