“What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger” This was the first adage I learned in English… It has served me well when the going gets tough… I get tougher. I bet that you have found yourself stronger in this nomadic life. I’m glad to see you overcome your obstacles! Happy trails!
I miss tonka as well. He will send a new friend when he thinks you are ready. I have never looked for any of the animals I have had. And there have been a few
I so wish i was closer to Gero. I had a feeling that was the problem, i could of got you going again for a cup of coffee. lol. Do a bit of research on those mercs and enquire about an auxillary "electric fuel pump" fitted before the standard pump to ensure constant pressure and working in tandem. I'd name and shame that shonky insurer too. Hope it all goes well for you. Give the Grandies lotsa hugs and hugs. They always make the day seem better. Save driving in all this rain we are copping.
OMG that would have been awesome. It's a shame mechanics are so backed up that they don't even have the time to diagnose a problem leaving stranded for days/weeks at a time.
Glad the van is going again for you. Crossing fingers it buys you time to sort out the underlying issue. 6 days is a long time to sit it out! Hope you get some more sun....I'm looking forward to winter being over. Too cold here in Melb!
Hi Julie, love Melbourne but not the weather. I'm a sun chaser 🌞 Waiting for a mechanic is getting worse as they are so busy. When I was ringing around one mechanic said 3 weeks before he could look at the van and if you need parts thats just another problem altogether. Living in a van is much of a waiting game.
Happy you were able to sort the problem out without too much expense. Love the videos.
