When you say we wont repeat the cycle again, I am repeating. I got over something from many years ago that I never believed I would recover from. I was doing so well. Then recently met a connection, its made me lose all my defences, made me sooo triggered and anxious, has made me question EVERYTHING that ive spent years recovering from. I became 'strong', i was so proud of what i survivied and how i grew from feeling destroyed. And now this new connection has broken me. Ive tried sooooo hard to leave and walk away, but severe depression keeps me stuck. Extreme anxietyy or crying. Hes supportive, but I get triggered and suspicious, then i trust him, but see his depression and feel stuck as he has no life. Everything I built has been shambled and now I dont know who I am.
But I am feeling sooooooo much burning over my heart chakra. But isnt this an overactive heart chakra?
