NALC is the best union that I know of. I used to work for USPS and now work for CBP (Customs and Border Protection) and NALC is by far a better Union!!! Thanks Mike Gil, you are the best...
It may have changed since I retired but when I worked there management did mostly what they wanted file a grievance management turn around do the same stupid thing they didn’t help me I was senior person management-took parts of my route and gave it to junior people I’d come back from vacation my route would change I would get junk parts of routes management sucked job use to be great did 40 years had 3,500 hours of sick leave before my stroke
