The head on this bumblebee isn't the most accurate, but its still amazing none the less. I love how he looks like a 3a figure, and he looks un-transformable.

This speaks to me not only because Bumblebee was one of my few Transformer toys in the '80s, but also because I had this year VW beetle ('67) as a teen in the '90s! : )
I know the official toys look bad by comparison, but folks got to remember, the official toys have a tight budgett and safety laws and other kids stuff to conform to and stay within, 3rd party unofficial toys dont really have any of those restrictions except uable to use the copyrighted names, so naturally they can do better, and its also a case of official toylines are 90% marketed to kids, while 3rd party is marketed towards collectors only really
@@yellowvegtables454 if takara/hasbro dies, TF will die...older collectors cant fuel the TF line forever. All collectors should buy takara/hasbro to keep Transformers franchise healthy, then buy 3rd party stuff on the side if they really like it.
@@yellowvegtables454 i think they have been. Siege Jetfire imho stands up to any 3rd party jetfire, and you can find him for $50 or under some places. The siege line is definitely a jump in quality.
Neat design! He is way too tall for me though. Maybe he scales well with the oversized toys like Black Mamba and such? Some of those design choices could definitely be incorporated into something smaller though, like the leg wheels basically being on mushroom pegs and how the back of the car gets absorbed into the calves.

The only thing are inaccurate is his back legs, so i give this toy score is 97%+1,5% for the impossibility of the transformation, couse the transformation process looks illogical for me.

So instead of being a shellformer, they did away with most of the roof and "hump" to be the back of the legs. That's brilliant! I haven't gotten ANY movie figs but I'm possibly getting this one. edit: They even added the visible head syndrome underneath!!
Looks insanely amazing in both modes but that transformation looks really fiddly to me, I hope it's just because it's a test sample and that the production model will have tighter joints.

No fake car parts in robot mode, I love it. As much as I do think the Takara MP Bee is a fun figure, this thing just knocks it out of the park. Can't wait to possibly have this one next to ToyWorld's freedom leader.

A little bit wonky in some places but seeing that it is a test sample thats to be expected. Also the 67 beetle didnt have rear view mirrors in the passengers side. Not that you have anything to do with that part, just a personal nitpick of mine that you might bring up with the creators of the figure if you want to.
I don't collect any of the movie figures, sticking pure to G1 Masterpiece figures, and Bumblebee was always a problem. None of the Takara MP releases of Bumblebee are any good, nor did any other 3rd company make a suitable version of ye olde Bumbler on an MP scale... I may just get this one and see how he fits with the rest, because this Zeta release looks -very- good.

The audio is a little messed up in the video, it doesn’t exactly sink up with the video. But otherwise this video was awesome I’m rediscovering my love for transformer toys at 17 years old and I would love to collect figures like this

This: $170 MPM7: $90 Worth it? Maybe, but it's a trade off nonetheless. Also, this is too big to scale with the MPM line, so that's another consideration. Personally the Tranform Element one seems more in scale and is only $95
