In this video, you will learn about the Prerequisite program which is part of the FSSC 22000 scheme/standard. PRPs are Basic conditions and activities that are necessary within the organization and throughout the food chain to maintain food safety.
I specifically explain clause # 9 which is Management of Purchased material. It is the 9th PRP. I have shared some examples and tried to explain them in easy words.
In this video, you will also learn about the documents and records required to comply with this clause. You can use the same points and can include them in your checklist.
