Oh man! Watch out for that Wi-Fi antenna, just like I was warned in this video. The soldering connection is very weak. I accidentally broke both in attempting to reinstall it. I had to put them back in place with a small piece of clear packing tape (not ideal), and then reinstall the plastic housing cover piece since I don't have any soldering tools. Otherwise, great video and very helpful in making the repair. FYI, I purchased the Phonsun Dell DC Jack Cable 1608. It was a perfect fit for the Dell Inspiron 15 3501. Thanks for the video.

If your wifi signal is bad after that, you can get a usb wifi adapter.

Awesome! Glad it helped. If you haven't already, please like and subscribe so others can find my videos and possibly consider watching a few others and commenting to get the algorithm to recommend my channel. Thanks!

Wonderful work, binh!! I love how delicate yet precise you are when handling all these devices.
I’m overjoyed to hear about your new channel as it gives me yet another means to support you! I wonder what the “more” in “its binh reviewed and more” is for? Cant wait to see what’s in store!!
    P.S
Maybe you should look into cutting your nails and giving them the attention you give all these repairs, as well as maybe applying some nail polish. I think it would be a wonderful investment to further visually stimulate your viewers. Not to mention, a great way to express yourself and expirement with your style. Thank you!

Haha thanks. The "more" is so I can put my non review videos there as well. I have a lot of other random content and travel videos. Making a channel for each thing is a lot of work, so I figured why not move it all to the reviews channel, since people that watch that content will likely be less bothered by the non review content. Haha
I use my nails as pry tools, so a layer of paint thickening them will actually make them less useful. Every time I cut them short, it makes doing the work more difficult. People don't realize how much worse and more difficult it is to use pry tools. If I were to do a speed disassembly vs someone that uses pry tools, I'd be able to do it much faster. Why remove tools everyone has at their disposal. I don't understand why short nails are so appealing to people. Lol

@@ItsBinhRepaired I could definitely see how hard it is keeping up with more than one channel and satisfying the demands of two different demographics. But I guess this is the best solution to two different demands and I’ll still tune into both either way! (Since I found your channel through a review, but I still tune in to watch the repairs)
For the nail thing, I guess it would be less convenient when you use them all the time in your work, I still hope you take good care of them outside your videos!! For me personally, keeping them short is more of a sensory thing as I hate the feeling of long nails and especially having stuff get stuck in them. So to each their own I guess LOL

@@Danny_Az I hate when they get too long to the point that typing causes the keys to touch my nails instead of my fingertips haha I keep them just short enough so that doesn't happen and long enough to use as pry tools so that if they get damaged, I can trim them back and still be able to use them.

Tried to clean the laptop fan myself, now my laptop screen doesn't show anything.
And the battery light is blinking whenever I try to turn it on.
EDIT: nvm it was just a RAM stick issue. I had only one ram so put it in the other slot

I have an Inspiron that recently stopped turning on and when I plug the charger in the green light on the charger immediately turns off any thoughts on what this could be?
