I feel sympathy for the little landlords who got scammed by illegal cv law forbidding them from collecting rent for over 3 years and very few get any compensation by fed assistance + battle with court to get eviction. So unfair to destroy a business to save people who took advantage of skipping rent, it should be highest priority regardless to me, homelessness is not optional or begging relatives for shelter.
Low income housing building always turn into crime areas and ghettos. I would like to see a successful low income housing state project that isn't a senior area where young people don't turn it into a slum and then blame the landlords.

I’m praying I’ll get there soon. It’s just me and it’s so hard. If anyone knows anything about this I would love to know.
