I got this digivice and I love it. I'm super disappointed that they just didn't do a complete version since they'd already done it for the black and white dot LCD version so had the full story mapped out. I also don't like how they did the help waves on the color. Just use the antenna! Hopefully, they'll listen to all the critiques and make a color version complete. 🤞
Idk about the LED complaint. You can’t see the lights during the day anyway, and at night you see them still. It’s not AS cool because the whole digivice doesn’t turn color like the whitish one, but it still works in the dark when it matters.
You can skip the digivolutions and just mute it when battling a lot. Also holding a mutes KUST the background music while walking, and the music only Plays during battle. This is usually what I do, then I skip digivolution if I’ve been using my that Mon for a while (I like switching frequently though, which this device lets you use do freely from the getgo)
3:30 I got this glow-in-the-dark protector that makes the lights blend in otherwise else I'm on full terms of agreement the LEDs look like trash on the translucents
Yes you can. Unfortunately I still can not figure out the tool the community uses to open the bin file to change the sprites. However I can tell you will need a CH341a Programmer to read the chip. Best thing I can recommend if you want to go down this route is to go on the Digitama hatchery discord server. Someone should be able to help there
Bandai has been screwing Digimon for years now, that I finally decided to make my own Digimon game, with a battle-system where every single Digimon has a chance to win (even a Rookie can win against a Mega, it's just *extremely* unlikely. Hey you never know what could happen in the heat of a battle!

I see many westerns buying the Japanese version on digimon vpets so I was wondering is there really languege barrier that if you don't know japanese you can't play the digi vpet in japanese? Please help 🙏
@@Salty010 True. This device doesn't have any language barrier and is in full English. With the virtual pets it's a real hit or miss. Some will be in full English (EG Pendulums) however others will be in extremely limited Japanese. Luckily most Vpets are in very limited Japanese and are really easy to figure out. I'd recommend looking up the device first and watching a few videos before committing to a device.
I skipped the 25tu as well...a week after its release here, i noticed so many people reselling it back like wtf...most people said the gameplay is too simple...which is not what im lookimg for...

I am sick of being able to use the same digimon and the limit of evolution. I want to be able to use impmon and evolve it to Beelzemon Blast Mode (Mega Level). If you want me to use Agumon, be ready to allow me to evolve it to Omnimon, Omegamon or AGUMON BOND OF BRAVERY.

Damn I thought I was the only one 💀 Mine was on the way and I cancelled it too lol. Didn’t wanna spare the money anymore, plus I think it’s goofy that the Ver. Complete goes All the way to Kizuna, but the Colour does Not. Plus, I found Digimon Adventure PSP and realized I would just be playing the same thing over and over again. I also don’t like the SCSA cut scenes very much either. I’m waiting for the DMX Colour Devices and the Tamers Digivice Colour.
Got too say I agree with everything stated in this video, the 25th colour evolution has been a huge let down and a disappointment imo as well. When I first got mine the default version late last month I was pretty excited but it all faded away when I started too relise just how limited the interactions we're and as DP mentions in the video, in the trailer for the 25th it seemed like you could really interact with your Digimon in more way's then one and in way's you couldn't before. Those 3 interactive like scenes are nothing more then just fluff at best. I'm disappointed that there isn't a whole OST collection in the 25th why couldn't they put every OST from adventure in the Digivice and only crammed in 3 which endlessly repeats over and over and over again you don't even have the freedom of choice too choose which OST you want too put on during battle's. They should of added every watchable episode of adventure or some of the movies in this Digivice as well given how much this thing costs I mean there is no excuse they could not have this isn't the D-Ark or the D-Detctor from 2 decades ago, technology is powerful now. I'm very disappointed in the lack of mini game's too, previous Digivices from 2 decades ago had heaps of them. Also would of been good if they had implemented a wireless access too internet so you can battle other people all around the world that would of been cool, that putting two of the Digivices and battling is useless those prongs above the Digivice, I mean let's be honest here I'm not going too go outside and just see over 100 other people playing the 25th colour evolution Digivice too be able too do battle with, you either know someone else that has one or not and so you can never do battle which makes those prongs useless unless you get like 2 or 3 more of the same Digivice and battle yourself instead🥲 They should of added things like, a leveling system like in D-tector where you can level up and and attack and HP increase, a feature where you let your Digimon rest they will get extra boost in exp or hp for for n 1 hour after camp rest, eating certain foods gives an attack or speed boost, training with other Digimons increases hp by 1 bar permanent ect ect. Imo the 25th colour evolution is such a missed opportunity, i don't hate it, I like it but this ain't it and I have not touched mine for 2 week's straight now. Anyways great video! I love the idea you have of giving certain stat boosts from what food you feed in camp mode. Would of gave such an awesome strategy to the battles that I honestly would have never thought of. Always good to see another Australian Digidestin 🤙
