@Lizzzie not to barge in but Her clouds can come in when she feels emotions. When she was about to sit down in the breakfast scene Mirabel cut her off and she got pissed which set off her clouds. She feels different emotions so which gets her different moods of her gift. Such as a rainbow when happy or a Thunderstorm when she’s pissed or nervous. So it depends on her emotions but yes.
