    Just curious regarding the distraction test, isn’t the aim to release pressure on the SIJ? And if pain is reduced after distraction then you can conclude there’s SIJ dysfunction. I just think your positioning during distraction delivers compression on the SIJ instead of distraction.
    Again, I’m just curious and I stand to be corrected.
