Bulgarians dislike Ludogorets because it's a relatively new team with almost no history and sponsored by a businessman who is mostly disliked. But they forget the fact that Ludogorets is the only Bulgarian team that has showed some success in european tournaments. Ludogorets is the most successful Bulgarian team for the last 10 years, they played pretty good in europa league and champions league several seasons as well, but everyone in bulgarian pretends like it did not happen.

Why
Everything about this club is fake from the beggining. They've got billioner owner who decide one sunny day to make a team. Basically his team had to start from fourth division as every normal club. Of course his greedy as businessman, to take what he wants, was applied in his plans to create new club. When u got the football president in your pocket, its easy to arrange licence for second league and save two years with the amateurs. Most of the fans can talk with hours how many times Ludogorets recieved very comfortable gifts by the referies, especially the first 4-5 years in their stay in Premier league.
What I hate most in this so called billioner is that the project is more a complex of an oligarch whos only care is money than to make fans happy. His stadium is the only one who recieved 100% donation funding from the goverment. If his intentions were to develop serious futboll in Bulgaria, there are so many perspective teams like Botev and Loko, big town and amazing fans, in Sofia are Levski and CSKA, even StZagora with Beroe is better choise then Ludogorets and Razgrad... Btw for 10 years Ludogorets didnt make at least one hope from their camp. On other side CSKA made transfer of Despodov in Callgari, just to end in Ludogorets, something similarly happened with a other player

@@anlugurlu907 Because the fans of the so-called "grands" from Sofia, who have fans not only in Sofia, but throughout the whole country, cannot accept that a team from a small town in the deep countryside is better than theirs. That they talk about referee comfort from some influence over the football federation is just an excuse for their incompetence. I'm sure you haven't heard of Levski Sofia and CSKA Sofia, they are popular only in Bulgaria, and everyone in Europe knows about Ludogorets.
