Yes you can 👍🏻 but make sure you add more liquid to it and don’t over mix the batter. One thing more you need adjust the baking temp a little less because gluten free flour cooks faster. After baking let it cool completely before slicing👍🏻
I will share it soon 👍🏻 If you’re using paneer everyday then store bought is much cheaper but if you want to use it occasionally then homemade is better. You can freeze paneer too!
