I wonder why these kinds of otis lifts have mitsubishi chimes
This is actually a SPEC Alza because of the grey buttons, flashing arrow and Mitsubishi chimes. (3200 chimes sound more synthetic)
SPEC Creces is the white buttons version and SPEC 90 is a common fan term for this kind of OTIS from the 1990s (3200 is 2000s version), plus 3200 only comes with white buttons and doesn't have flashing arrows (which is optional for SPEC Creces/Alza).
Maybe who planned the store was drunk or something else. A SINGLE elevator for 14 FLOORS and NO SERVICE ELEVATOR! This is insane.
Just asking do you know Beijing Foreign Languages Bookstore in Wangfujing? They have two OTIS 3200 (but for some strange reason they are branded as U&E Lianheng) elevators and a Toshiba service elevator at the back. I went there in July 2011 and the employees were a bit grumpy.
