This is not OTA where army officer get training this is NCC OTA where ANO get training.For OTA you should have a degree in any stream then you can fill the form of CDS which is conducted by UPSC so when u will pass it then there will be SSB Of 5 days and after that medical.

They r not officer they r NCC cadet and they are attending army attachment camp there
They are teachers / professors of school and Colleges
Where they look after the daily administration of NCC.
On assuming the NCC duty from their respective institution they are detailed for such training in OTA Channai ....
On completion of training they become ANOs ie. Associate NCC Officers ...they are commissioned in NCC and they go back to their respective institution to train the students , along with their teachings career irrespective of their subjects in their school and Colleges..........
But must tell here that their training is of higher standards focused more on academics and drill .......
