I have a concept. The monster is called lonely. Lonely's arrival can be heard if you hear a distant crying. If you hear it, you need to go in the previous room and there you will find a monster similar to seek, walking along the corridor and sobbing. The way to cheer it up is by holding it's hand until you get to the next door. If you fail to do so. It will begin running around and will check every closet, vent, corner, space or bed. If you succeed, you won't be harmed. Edit: Holy sheet that's a lot of likes I give ya'll a new entity It's name is traffic light. It has similar movement to ambush (so it moves back and forth). It has three phases, amber, green, and red. It's arrival is informed by the light's flickering but then turning either green, red, or amber. To survive, the phases all mean that you have to go in different positions to survive. Green light: Green light is simple, hide in a closet or bed (going in a corner, space, or vent will not work). Red light: The opposite of green light. Do not hide in a closet and stand out in the open. Amber light: This one is a bit more complicated. You must either hide in a safe space, a vent, or a safe corner. In this phase, traffic light will act like a rush that can kill people in closets (So if you are in a vent, safe space, or safe corner, then you are safe.) Also note that the entity will come back multiple times has a 75% chance for the lights to change colour when it comes back. It will come back around 4-9 times. There is also a 1 in 3000 chance that the light's will turn blue. This means in order to hide from it, look down. Doing ANYTHING else will result in death. i have a concept. The monster's name is FORGOTTEN. He moves through dark rooms but makes a sound similar to Hult. His movements cannot be heard when he is far away, he can only be heard when he is already approaching the player. He doesn't act like Screech and Silence. When the player begins to hear the FORGOTTEN, he must immediately find a closet in the dark and crawl into it. The speed of the FORGOTTEN is slow, so the player will have time to hide.

for silhouette i think it would be better if it would be slightly more common and after you meet it once, it haunts you for the remaining of the run, ex: tries to flicker the lights but if you look close enough you can see it's just him passing really fast near the lights in order to make them look like they're flickering, and overall when he's haunting you will appear wayy more often
I think for hard mode they should add something called lurker, he will choose a person sorta behind the group and follow them until they notice, if they don’t, lurker would do 30% damage, and warning sounds would be breathing, footsteps, and soft male crying (Edit) TYSM FOR THE LIKES!
Tackle coming at us with that Femur Breaker scream. It's so iconic that even with just that small clip, people who know of SCP-106 or just the Breaker itself would recognize it in a heartbeat. Good screaming audio choice :)
I think it would be neat if instead of always being replaced with quick, it would be cool if rush sometimes was replaced with normal ambush in addition to quick or trail, just to add some variety. That way, when the lights flicker, you don't know what to expect.
Concepts For Underground(Chap 2) Overeye Seek: Walk over planks to avoid him, he will chase you after you pass the planks, he is much faster than seek and has more eyes that usual, you will meet him to door 25 to 40 or 80 to 90 Rebound: like ambush but even faster, checks beds vents and corners, so the closets are the safe place, in order to know when he is there is to see if the closets shake Shard: Crystal like monster, can trick you into touching it, you will know when the crystal has a purple aura around it and deals 40 damage if touched Dark: usually spawns in dark rooms but its very rare because Dark actually helps you defeat rebound in that dark room Gas: makes poisonous gases and there will be a message on your screen to hide in a closet to avoid Gas Stalk: the boss of the game, he will be super slow but can break walls see through everything and can hear everything he cannot be hidden from, you can only run MORE!!!!! Wound: he is a monster that checks every hiding spot, and if he finds you, you will be damaged and get a wound, hence the name wound, it will only be seen on 3rd person if there even will be one Sign: he signals you when an attack is coming, and if you don't follow the signal, you will be attacked, he is neutral Explode: when you stay in a room for more than 10 minutes like if you're afk or something, the lights in the room would explode and will kill the player instantly hence the name explode Life: its a passive entity that has a 1.9% chance of spawning when you die, when clicking on the entity, it will revive you without even losing as revive, it is very useful if you already have revived. Grass: apparently try hards never touched this, ok just kidding but the room fills with grass and if you touch it, it signals grass to attack Seizure: staying in a hallway for too long causes random colors to flash on your screen and after that seizure will deal 50 damage and will never attack you ever again after 1 attack from it Lure: it lures the player into a room with stalk inside to kill you hence the name lure. This video is great! Jump scares are good length and sound perfect (I like Quick’s one best) Also, FREE ENTITY IDEAS Since there’s a lot of Rush variants going around, I think that there could be a new entity that doesn’t share many traits with Rush or Ambush (Although making these are still fine with me) The entity could be something small, or there could be many of them. They could mass-attack the player. Or, if you want to take the Eyes route, they could leech the health points out of you.
I have had a few ideas for doors entities but I’ll only share one The gargoyles: humanoid figures with long serrated blades for hands 6 eyes dotted across its face and razor sharp teeth and demon like wings, would be about the size of the player, since the next floor is a castle the gargoyles would spawn in outdoor rooms, there are a few cues to know if they will start spawning those being 1. There will be 3-10 statues of them on top of pillars decorating the outdoor gardens 2. The room will be big, like pretty big and there will be cover available everywhere 3. The room exit will be locked behind a puzzle of some kind (like a key or a generator or something idk) If a room that looks like this spawns than hide out of line of sight of the statues, after around 10 seconds of you being in the room the statues will begin coming to life, breaking free from their fixed positions and begin searching for players. Despite their appearance having 6 eyes, they have terrible eyesight and mostly rely on sound to find players, however with worse hearing than figure, you need to be pretty close for them to see or hear you, upon entering their line of sight they will begin becoming suspicious of you, filling up an invisible meter that when full causes them to screech, alerting all other gargoyles to your location and begin chasing, when they start chasing you too will start running similar in speed to the seek chase, and thus the gargoyles will be slightly slower than you, but with their numbers they could easily catch you off guard when turning corners, corner you or cut you off To escape them all you must do is break line of sight and stop making noise, or get in a hiding spot and do a heartbeat mini-game similar to figures if a gargoyle catches up to you it will begin swinging at you, the attack is a simple distance check between the gargoyle and its target, if your in range and it swings it will deal damage, gargoyles will swing in 3 slash combos, the first two being one hand alternating slashes that deal 30 damage, the third being a double cross slash that does 45 damage, thus the combo does enough damage to insta kill a player If a gargoyle has been searching for at least a minute without having found somebody it will start rolling a random 1/5 every 10 seconds, if it lands this 1/5 it will fly into the air and land on a perch overlooking the massive room and scan for players for about 20 seconds, if they don’t find anyone they jump off the perch and continue searching on foot. while they have a large vision cone up there they have a much harder time seeing crouched players, halving their vision range if crouched, if it spots a player it will Aggro onto them without screeching fly over to them and perform a ground slam attack with both claws, the only way to avoid it is to sprint away as it starts the attack animation this attack does 50 damage and hits all players in a tiny radius around the impact location, upon landing it will be stunned for 3-4 seconds, if the player is still in line of sight or making noise when it recovers than it will screech and start chasing. Upon exiting a room with gargoyles they all turn back to stone frozen in place and won’t move anymore Achievements sneaky statues: “I knew the people who owned this castle were rich and powerful but they gave LIFE to STONE?!” Obtainment: survive an encounter with a flock of gargoyles Task failed: “you had one job” obtainment: get spotted and mauled by a gargoyle within the first 30 seconds of it being active Task failed successfully: “we failed stealth, they saw us, reset. Nah I’d win” obtainment: get spotted within the first 30 seconds of a gargoyle being active and complete the room without letting them lose interest (don’t let all their suspicion meters hit 0)
Trail is probably one of my favorites here, it can really screw over a player if they aren't paying attention or the ones who just go full speed into rooms without a second thought.
@@deshanteriley7587 Not really, if the speedrunner knows what they're doing (which they should since they're trying to finish the game with the smallest time) then trail shouldn't be a problem it's not like halt where you're forced to move back n' forth or ambush where you're forced to stay put at a closet until they finish their rounds.
Hard mode figure: the mother ,, Don't be shy and Meet timothy's family! The mom is *starving* for your arrival" She is guaranteed at room 100, although she can appear in any room after room 50 (her arrival is teased with cobweb appearing in the drawers, and timothy spawn rate highly increases. The room she resides in resembles an oldschool dining room. The entire room is full of timothys and cobwebs, while being pitch dark. The mother Has bioluminescent marks on her body, making her well visible around. She is always on her celling, meaning you can only crawl and use sounds to see if she's near. When she finds a player, she puts him in a cocoon and slowly drains the health until the player dies. The only way to distract her and allowing the player to free themselves is to break cobwebs around, which gives you 5 HP (yes you can eat the spiders on cobwebs), which will trigger her to go and fix the said cobweb, or just play a minigame to make her go away, thinking you somehow broke out, while still being inside (for solo mode only). When She screams (aka find the player or the cobweb is destroyed) the markings on her body fully glow, lighting up the surrounding Area for a very short time. Any light source you use will trigger the timothys on the floor, which previously harmless, will nie try immobilizing you while the mother starts eating you. In order to escape you must flip 4 levels in the correct order of colors (when the mother screams after fixing the web, her glow color changes). Once the correct combination is inserted, you instantly bail out and the chase sequence begins with her and timothys trying to catch you into a cobweb. Once you Reach the elevator, the mother will try biting through the floor to get you. You must activate elevator from inside before she breaks in. It also can give different ending, where the mother will be brutally squashed by falling elevator.
Seeing as DOORS obviously takes a lot of inspiration from Spooky’s Jumpscare Mansion (Referred to in this comment later as SJM) I think it would be interesting to have a direct SJM reference. Whether it’s some Easter egg, or some entity from the game, I think it would be nice. Now, this brings up the question: Which SJM entity would work best in DOORS? Entity 1 is a no brainer, incredibly easy to implement. The smiling man (I forgor number) would be easy to implement as effectively the opposite of the eyes. Entity 2 would be relatively simple, but most rooms aren’t big enough to implement entity 3. Obviously there are more than this, but that’s all I can really remember.
I think the parasite entity would be interesting since it would force you to slow down making you feel uneasy. But to make it fair no other entities will spawn while it’s chasing you.
I have some ideas for part 3, I can tell these new monsters on part 3. First up is Vent If you stay in the vents for too long vent can get you unless theres a monster (Guiding light message: You died to who you call Vent Do not stay in the vent for too long and Vent can get you unless theres a monster coming) (Death message #2: You died to Vent again You have to not stay in the vent for too long unless theres Quick and other monsters except for Closet Next up, Closet Do not stay in the closet for too long or Closet can get you unless theres another closet besides (Death message: You died to Closet Do not stay in the closet for long and closet can deal about 40 damage and it will appear in about 2 minutes of hiding) (Death message #2: You died to Closet once again If theres another closet beside it wont appear until 1 hour) Next up is Dark If you are in a dark room without lights shattered and its turned off, there is a chance that he can appear in (similar to screech) (Death message: You died to Dark When you are in a dark room, always look around for Dark. When you hear a "hey" you have to look for it if you ignore it, you are at half health. This is because Dark can deal about 50 damage) (Death message #2: You died to Dark again If you hear something like an "hey" you have to look for Dark. There can be fake ones cause the game likes to troll.) Next up Speed (Similar to ambush) If the lights flicker alot, its Speed and unlike Ambush, it is 3 times faster than Ambush and can go around to around 15 times and the minimum is 2 times and has a 5% chance to appear and if you go past a door past door 6, the chances of Speed appearing increase by 5% At door 92 the chances of Speed appearing is pretty high and at door 95, it will finally appear (Death message: You died to Speed When the lights flicker alot, you have to go out of your closet 15 times or 2 times and it is 3 times faster than Ambush.) Next up, Walk (similar to Noise) When you hear footsteps you have to walk and if you hear nothing, wait till its gone by not walking (Death message: You died to who you call Walk When you hear footsteps and lasting longer than Noise, you have to walk and if you hear nothing, stop until it passes through) (Death message #2: You died to Walk yet again When you hear footsteps lasting longer like 5 minutes, walk and if you hear nothing, stop until it passes by) Next up, Spikes When the lights flicker longer than Speed, you have to avoid the spikes on the floor he will teleport you to a wide and long hallway. (Death message: You died to Spikes Avoid the spikes on the floor Spikes can teleport you to a wide, and long hallway) (Death message #2: You died to Spikes again While the light flicker lasts longer than Speed, you will be teleported to a wide, and long hallway, To survive the spikes, you have to jump.) Next up, A-76 This is A-76 This monster is most rare than A-60, and it only appears when the player hears a distorted sound. It will appear once the player reaches 3 rooms. And it can come back 3 times or 1 time. Its face is much scarier than A-60 and for you to experience it, you have to check every corner until you hear a distorted sound.(Death message: You died to A-76 It is impossible to survive due to its incredible high speeds. This monster is much faster than A-60 and it is much rarer than A-60.) (Death message #2: You died to A-76 again If you hear a distorted sound, ignore it until you reach 3 rooms, And hide in a closet, it only appears when you check every corner.) Next up is Tom, similar to Timothy, Appears in drawers and does 20 damage There is only 1 guiding light message for Tom. (Guiding light message: You died to Tom. It jumpscares in drawer and deals 20 damage per jumpscare.) As this is the end, here are some badges for every entity i mentioned for Part 2, Badge for surviving A-76: Two steps forward to closet (Description: Is A-76 really rare?) Survive A-76. Badge for surviving Dark: Look around (Description: Am i really dark?) Dodge/survive Dark. I GOT A CHARACTER! His name is "Fear" when he says "Fear me" you'll hear a scream then you get slowed down and he deals damage while you're slowed, in order for him to stop you from getting damaged and slowed, you need to look at him, he goes left and right, the more you look at him, he goes faster(not too fast), then he shakes and poofs, he's pretty much like Screech but more terrifying, his look is a shadow, with a smile similar to rush, has white glowing eyes and a shadow covering him. Edit: 298 Likes..... Yeh, 298 cool, yeh, yeh.... Uhh anyways, Fear will be with seek, lmfao Achievements (Ig): You escaped something so scary! You feared him! Its cringe af, haha Im bored now, new character.. His name is Decimator, he's a 3d character this time, his design is having huge spikes at his back, no head, an eye and mouth on his chest, sharp arms, big stumpy legs, he lives in a place called the backroo- basement, if he sees you, ofc he'll chase you, but hes slow, he can also sense you, which means hiding in a closet, or in a bed is a bad option, in order to escape him, either run away from him till he's exhausted, or hide in a vent. I actually really enjoyed this! These are really creative ideas and I appreciate having more than just "its x character but harder" they're actually new characters with new features. Keep up the creativity!!
These are pretty well made. I'm thinking that stare should kind of force you to stare at it, but it should happen somewhat slowly and the player has to fight against the pull. 3:34
Or a message appears on your screen saying : You are under Stare's spell... Tap to fight it ! [TAP HERE] and basically you just have to spam tap on the green box saying "tap here" to avoid looking at it (One-Time and then Stare disappears) I know what you're thinking - But what if you are already kinda looking at it and then it asks you to spam tap - how are you going to tap THAT fast? Well, there should be a character animation where your character puts their hand in their face and looks away, but slowly, shakily, starts to look back at stare and so then you always have the same amount of time to tap fast, and there are no it's, buts, nor any maybes. This sound like a good idea or nah?

I got a doors entity idea! Her name is Trap. Her gimmick is to open loose planks, holes in the walls, or leave closets open to give you a feeling of "something's not right". If you step on a loose plank, walk into a hole in the wall, or enter an open closet, she jumpscares you from the proclaimed openings. You lose half your health and deafs you for 1 minute so your now reliant on visual cues. (cause she's all about visual cues) Looks: Just imagine seek but with rush's face, small, and alot more teeth. Death message 1: It seems you've lost your life to the little girl called Trap... "" Avoid any anomalies in the rooms. "" She learned her intense sound from her BFF, Screech. Death Message 2: You had your life taken by Trap once more.. "" She has a particular fondness for holes and gaps. Achievements: Peek-A-Boo "I'm quite loud aren't I?" Fail an encounter with Trap. I have some ideas too: 1. Creep - Creep randomly creeps you and follow you, to avoid them, just play normally, running will cost you 1/4 of your health 2. Spotlight - Spotlight is just a bright light, it randomly appears on a room Tactics: When you see Spotlight getting closer to you, run, don't let the it get you or instant death that's all
I genuinely thought this was just gonna be a crappy set of jpegs, but all these concepts combined with actual audio is amazing, can’t wait to watch all your other concepts
My own concept: Steps Steps is a snake-like creature, except it is made of cubes with stiff chains connecting one cube to another. The cubes, chains, and overall body resembles the texture of an escalator, you will spot yellow lines with tons of size varying teeth on each and every cube. Its face is just two wedges connected by a small joint, with tons of yellow lines and the same teeth on the area of each wedge. It is unknown how long Steps is, but it has been estimated to be as long as a whale. It has a rare chance of spawning you into its room, or basically escalator, elevator, and stair paradise. NEVER get near the elevators or stairs, Steps can easily exploit them and can kick you out of the elevator, dealing 30-50 damage, and can manipulate the stairs to legit fling you off and deal 50-80 damage. The safest option is to take the escalators, but beware, if you notice teeth on an escalator, DONT take it. That is indeed the body of steps camouflaged seemingly into the trippy room, if you do take the suspicious escalator, Steps will appear and kill you instantly. The entirety of the room seems 4th dimensional, and is similar to Seek’s chase scene, but even rarer and much more adrenaline activating. You just have to take up to 9 transportations (although rare, you can go onto the elevators or stairs without being attacked.) You have to keep moving, as the room caves onto itself and after you finally find the next door, it literally implodes. Badge for surviving Steps: “A step down…” and a Steps to see, survive Steps Death message for taking the elevator: “You have seemed to be taken down with the elevator… Don’t play with your chances! Take the escalator! Death message for the stairs: “The stairs are an illusion… Steps want’s to éæ1)@;:@“ (for some lore lol) Death message for the toothy escalator: æ æ æ hé įšìńńœçëńt (more lore) Death for being caught by the caving in: Thę đïmension doesn’t-- Lol that’s all for my concept
I think a good entity would be called “Safe.” During the doors, you have a 1% chance of getting Safe, which is just a force field allowing you to not die for a period of time, maybe two minutes, and you won’t take any damage. During door 50, you have a 00.1% chance of Safe coming and saying “sh, sh, sh, sh,” and so on, which protects your from Figure and you can *WALK* around freely and Figure won’t notice. Do you think this is a good idea?

these are just simply amazing, i think that one wat to make the jumpscares scarier is that they are much more terrifying with some kind of facial features which every doors monster has (except for shadow and window, which don't have jumpscares. But quick's jumpscare was like, genuinely terrifying, but hole jumpscare just looked like a moldy piece of swiss cheese glitching out. But they all look super amazing!

(Maybe?) - Ambush Will Be More harder than Normal One, Ambush Keeps Coming back For like 10 or 15 times (Or Any Higher Than Normal One) - Rush Will Arrive Any Room Faster - Halt's Hallway is much longer Now, About 5 Hallways Or More - Dark Rooms Have Swarms Of Screech And Screech Will Arrive Faster (Imagine If there Was 2 Screech At Same time Or More) - Seek's Chase Will Be More Harder, There Are Falling Objects Where you Have to Crouch ( And A room Where You have to Find A Door With Guiding Light ) Guiding Lights have Less Brightness. (You Better Have Good Eyes) - Codes In Library Are Harder Now + Figure Will Hear Perfectly Than Normal One. - Seek's Second Chase Is still The Same On The first one But Longer. - Timothy, Idk what to say. - On Door 100, Figure Still Hear Perfectly, Elevator power have now Stage 5. I would just completely die at the concept of Hole if he was real. Doors floor 2 Concept: Curtainman description: Curtainman is an entity that is likely to spawn in thunderstorm rooms, messed up rooms(like the ones with a bunch of fallen furniture). There is also a room with curtains and it's common for Curtainman to spawn in those rooms. Notice: There will be 3 rooms curtainman will spawn in randomly The final rooms (4th and 5th rooms, 5th is near the final door/door 170) 4th room will reveal sometimes at doors 140 or mid-rooms If you encounter a room with curtains, it is likely for curtainman to appear in that room(That room is a long hallway with windows with curtains open and sometimes covering the window) When Curtainman Shows up in one of the curtains, go to a vent or bed. Curtainman can see you in closets. Curtainman will patrol through the hallway, and there will be 3 doors(without numbers). After surviving that room, the next door will be locked and you have to find a key in one of those 3 doors. If you don't find a key or don't open the door for too long, There is a 1/50 chance Curtainman will appear again and patrol the hallway again. Appearance: White humanface-shaped head, really unnatural and messy pitch black hair, medium sized eyes and small pitch black pupils, a really unnatural smile. Sound: If you encounter Curtainman, There will be noise of extremely heavy thunderstorm and lightning strike. Dark clouds might even appear inside the room. The sound will be half static. The camera is focused on Curtainman(This time he looks different, Black seek-like humanoid, looking weightless, and disturbing mouth with disturbing teeth. Especially curtains blocking the eyes.) and curtainman has a 1/80 chance to shoot a curtain at you to stun you for 4 seconds. A button is on your screen as well with a dot on the middle of the screen to time your shot at Curtainman. Curtainman will make your screen flash white and green for some time in anytime. When finished, Curtainman will break your neck like it's paper, but it'll be ok after some time, your health will just decrease by 30%. Curtainman will disappear and so will the room. When the room disappears, you fall through the map and thus ending up in the next room. Guiding Light Messages: Final room death: "The Curtainman grasped your blood around the hallway." When a player walks into a room there’d be a 2.13% chance of hearing ‘ Shh ‘ and the room being black and white, if the player would hear that they’d have to crouch and begin to make their way across the room while making as little noise as possible after Static spawns, while the player moves static will occasionally begin to cover the player’s screen, the sound of static will become louder as the player moves with the static covering their screen, if the player stops moving the noise and static on their screen will disappear, if the player keeps moving they will instantly die, once a player makes it to the end of the room Static would disappear. (1) Death tip for Static- “ You died to who you call Static, if you hear ‘ Shh ‘ try to make little noise! “ (2) Death tip for Static- “ You died to Static again, if you hear him stay still for a second “ Freeze - An entity that appears to be a normal lock pick. Freeze would have a 34% chance of spawning in a room with a locked door, when a player opens a drawer with Freeze in it it’ll emit a dark blue glow, the player can pick it up and then use it on any locked door, when Freeze is used it’ll freeze the player for 10 seconds and deal 25% damage, Freeze can’t be stacked with other lock picks. Similarly to Timmothy, Freeze can’t kill the player. Thief - A yellow lever. When a player enters a room that requires a lever to be pulled to make it to the next, Thief has a 29% chance of spawning on any wall, when a player pulls the yellow lever 2-3 of their items will disappear, though the door to the next room will still open. Thief deals no damage to the player. Bill - Bill is just the lights. If a player spends more then 15 minutes in a lit room (excluding the garden and boss areas), the lights will begin to glow brighter, after one more minute the lights would explode and deal 51% damage to the player, the room would then go dark. my idea will be "Weed" Weed is like a Screech but even more common. bringing light with you in dark rooms only makes it chance of appearing Go Down to 60% - 45% so If you dont like him use light with you in dark rooms Mechanic: If You Hear "Pst". Look Around and stare at it! its 1.5x fast if he says "Pst". if you dont Look around and stare at him he will take away 75% Of Your Health which is a bit menacing. if you see red glow. Thats Weed.

I have a concept! The monster/entity is called "Dark" Its the similar as screech but different. Dark is were you can find him in dark rooms but he can also act like rush/Ambush. And yes it only work on dark rooms lights wont work because he owned EVERY dark rooms so he can turn off any lights, When he comes he will comes back every 10 sec so hide longer, He will appear 5-7 times, Dark is very dark you cant see him but white glowing eyes to know when he will come you will see a 2 white glowing eyes, A distant noise and whispering loud. Dark likes to manipulate humans with his specialty. Hoped this helps
My idea for a monster: Reference. it traps you in a room and it repeats a process 3 or so times: You will be given time to memorize where certain items like lamps and paintings go, then he will take away your vision, and when your vision returns, the items will be scrambled. You have to put the items back in the right place before time runs out or else he will damage you for 30 to 40 hp. each time it could become harder like more items added or changed.

I really like tackles, width, and trails concepts! I like how tackle checks vents, forcing a player to wait and hide in a closet or under a bed. Width tricking players into hiding is super cool, fooling noobs to make it seem like quick or tackle is coming, but they aren’t. And trail forcing you to not touch the trail it leaves behind is cool. Honestly I’d keep dying to trail and width cuz I’m dumb lol 😂 Edit: also trail looks like among us
My opinions: Quick: Like it, it is definitely a hard mode version of rush. tackle: It is a bit often with 5-10 times but it's hard mode so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯, but i like the idea of going through everything. zack: It's just a other skin for jack, but isn't like it would be fair if you could just randomly die, but maybe it could deal damage like timothy. I would say 20 damage but can't kill. stare: a other skin for eyes but it appears more often, better than it dealing more damage. it would be a better idea to have you look at it and if you look away it deals damage, that seems more like hard mode. silhouette: It's the same just 1 HP less and you have a slightly more chance of finding it. If it would do 1 HP then it should be a 1/20 chance of spawning. trail: Like it, but does the trail disappear after some time or do you have to touch it? noise: Like it, it's definitely a death for people who don't have their sound on. hole: good idea, it's definitely a challenge and destroyer for speedruns. width: Like it, once again a death for players without sound on. block: Like it, once again a challenge/Destroyer for speedruns.
Props to the guy who died over and over to show us the jumpscares 👍 also I think they should add one called “snatcher” he has a 20% chance of spawning, and when he does, he’ll steal a selected player’s item, keys, lighters, anything. (Also a player is forced to pick one for him to steal from, or else they lose 50% of their health.)
My idea for hardcore mod was simply to remove guiding light: that means keys and books don’t make noise, dark doors aren’t shiny, death messages do NOT help you, and during seek chase, doors and passages aren’t shining. This could also be an idea
I have an entity concept, the name is Illusion, Illusion has 500/999% chance of spawning in any type of room, the long hallway has the highest chance of Illusion spawning (800/999% chance), If you happen to find yourself in a long hallway, it will flicker long up to 15 seconds whatsoever and once it’s almost over it will go completely black, then once the lights are back on you will see outside of the long hallway is white. Once you enter the next door you will so happen to fall down into the blank abyss and be concussed for 5-10 seconds, when you get up you see every furniture floating in the gravitational field, that’s where you find Illusion, they will tend to ask a question that includes a picture you have to look at, it will be the same question (it will not be randomized anytime you encounter them) you are required to stare at a black dot for 30 seconds, and once it’s gone you will see the color of what it was, then Illusion will ask you what color you see (1 right, 2 wrong) if you get one right, then they will leave you alone for up to 29-40 doors, but however if you get the question wrong, Illusion will haunt you up 5-10 doors until he will start acting like Quick/Ambush (the hints if you get the questions wrong; White/black spots, intense whispering, the window will still be white, and dark ethereal sounds.) Illusion will check every closet and vent, so you have to be quick in finding a corner because their speed is 2.5x faster (they’re arrival would be a loud clock chime with them coming while it flickers to trick the player as if they were coming after the lights) (death: You have died to Illusion, I know it’s a tricky one but make sure you get the question correctly, they tend to come back like Quick but more often up to 7-11, closets nor vents won’t save you from them, hide in the corner, they don’t check it..) New monster fanmade concept for hardcore mode : "Catcher" Spawning : Catcher appears at 1% chance. Which means a rare monster, Catcher usually spawns at dark long rooms at the closet or bed. To avoid Catcher spawning you better not check the hiding spots if there is no rush. Like bed and closet, Catcher will never spawn if there's Rush but if there is Ambush Catcher will help you instead because Catcher hates Ambush. Catcher will fight with Ambush and then making Ambush tired and giving up. Powers : Catcher will show up and give jumpscare to anyone who opens the hiding spots. And their power is to grab anyone and drag them into Catcher's mouth and eats them alive, Catcher also can go into every doors in under 10 seconds they're very fast. They have 1.000,89 speed and if you got caught by Catcher he will automaticly grabs you by their long hands. How to avoid : If Catcher spawns there will be a message at chat "Hide." and then your screen will turn red and a messages "HIDE NOW." and "H҉E҉ I҉S҉ R҉E҉A҉L҉" after getting the message you've been given 10 seconds to hide. DO NOT hide in bed because they have 100 small eye and 1000 eye pupils and they can clearly see you if you're hiding there. You must hide at closet because they will never check it EXPECT you chatted and make sounds. If its too late to hide you will accept your losing fate and death. Also how Catcher spawns ; if someone opens a closet and they get jumpscared. Catcher will automaticly jumps away from you and disguse as a wall or break the roof. I have a concept for an entity called “bounce.” Bounce acts similar to your version of ambush (too lazy to look at the video lmao) except he, well, bounces all over the room. You can tell if Bounce is coming if you hear heavy breathing and/or the lights suddenly bust. Bounce has a blue aura. He also has a slight chance to bounce into your hiding spot and take away 90-95 percent of your health (maybe a bit lower though)

My Fan Made Entity: This is Run: Run is an uncommon entity and will spawn at around Door 70-90. He will burst the lights in the room as a was of its arrival. You don't always need to hide for this entity but you must follow the entity's instructions: If he give's you a red message like Halt does (when he tells you to turn around) and the message will either say "GET OUT!" "GET IN!" "STOP!" "RUN!". "GET OUT!" means get out of a hiding spot, and "GET IN!" means get in a hiding spot, "STOP!" means don't move a single muscle (not even your camera), and finally "RUN!" means run as fast as you can (your given a sprint for this entity).
I know this has nothing to do with this but I have a silence concept. (2 of them) Silence 1: exactly like entrances. Silence 2: the lights will flicker a lot. (A lot more then halt) That's his arrival. After that, he will appear in the next room. You will enter the fan made room. (The one with floating objects) You have to get to the end. The hall is longer then halts hallway. He will do a massive jumpscare. After the jumpscare a portal appears and he appears at the end of the hallway. If that happens, stop moving. The screen will flash red and then you can move. He will do this repeatly. Silence 2 multiplayer: it will be the same at the start, but once you enter the room it's completely different. Again when he appears at the end, he will do that jumpscare and he appears at the end of the hallway/tunnel. But after he will look at a player. Not to get confused the screen will flash, Silence is looking at... for 4 seconds. If he looks at a player, the player he is looking at has to stop moving while the others can. Again the screen will flash red with nothing on it and he will still be there for 10 seconds but won't do any harm. After 10 seconds, he will go away. Things you need to know. 1. He looks at a different player every time. 2. His arrival jumpscare will have the same sound but different animation every time. 3. His hallway is wider and longer then the hallway seek appears in. 4. He has the same glitch (in different color) and sound/whisper as halt

I have a concept. The monster is called lonely. Lonely's arrival can be heard if you hear a distant crying. If you hear it, you need to go in the previous room and there you will find a monster similar to seek, walking along the corridor and sobbing. The way to cheer it up is by holding it's hand until you get to the next door. If you fail to do so. It will begin running around and will check every closet, vent, corner, space or bed. If you succeed, you won't be harmed.

It's name is traffic light. It has similar movement to ambush (so it moves back and forth). It has three phases, amber, green, and red. It's arrival is informed by the light's flickering but then turning either green, red, or amber. To survive, the phases all mean that you have to go in different positions to survive. Green light: Green light is simple, hide in a closet or bed (going in a corner, space, or vent will not work). Red light: The opposite of green light. Do not hide in a closet and stand out in the open. Amber light: This one is a bit more complicated. You must either hide in a safe space, a vent, or a safe corner. In this phase, traffic light will act like a rush that can kill people in closets (So if you are in a vent, safe space, or safe corner, then you are safe.) Also note that the entity will come back multiple times has a 75% chance for the lights to change colour when it comes back. It will come back around 4-9 times. There is also a 1 in 3000 chance that the light's will turn blue. This means in order to hide from it, look down. Doing ANYTHING else will result in death. His movements cannot be heard when he is far away, he can only be heard when he is already approaching the player. He doesn't act like Screech and Silence. When the player begins to hear the FORGOTTEN, he must immediately find a closet in the dark and crawl into it. The speed of the FORGOTTEN is slow, so the player will have time to hide.

for silhouette i think it would be better if it would be slightly more common and after you meet it once, it haunts you for the remaining of the run, ex: tries to flicker the lights but if you look close enough you can see it's just him passing really fast near the lights in order to make them look like they're flickering, and overall when he's haunting you will appear wayy more often
I think for hard mode they should add something called lurker, he will choose a person sorta behind the group and follow them until they notice, if they don’t, lurker would do 30% damage, and warning sounds would be breathing, footsteps, and soft male crying (Edit) TYSM FOR THE LIKES!

I think it would be neat if instead of always being replaced with quick, it would be cool if rush sometimes was replaced with normal ambush in addition to quick or trail, just to add some variety. That way, when the lights flicker, you don't know what to expect.

Overeye Seek: Walk over planks to avoid him, he will chase you after you pass the planks, he is much faster than seek and has more eyes that usual, you will meet him to door 25 to 40 or 80 to 90
Rebound: like ambush but even faster, checks beds vents and corners, so the closets are the safe place, in order to know when he is there is to see if the closets shake
Shard: Crystal like monster, can trick you into touching it, you will know when the crystal has a purple aura around it and deals 40 damage if touched
Dark: usually spawns in dark rooms but its very rare because Dark actually helps you defeat rebound in that dark room
Gas: makes poisonous gases and there will be a message on your screen to hide in a closet to avoid Gas
Stalk: the boss of the game, he will be super slow but can break walls see through everything and can hear everything he cannot be hidden from, you can only run

Wound: he is a monster that checks every hiding spot, and if he finds you, you will be damaged and get a wound, hence the name wound, it will only be seen on 3rd person if there even will be one
Sign: he signals you when an attack is coming, and if you don't follow the signal, you will be attacked, he is neutral
Explode: when you stay in a room for more than 10 minutes like if you're afk or something, the lights in the room would explode and will kill the player instantly hence the name explode
Life: its a passive entity that has a 1.9% chance of spawning when you die, when clicking on the entity, it will revive you without even losing as revive, it is very useful if you already have revived.
Grass: apparently try hards never touched this, ok just kidding but the room fills with grass and if you touch it, it signals grass to attack
Seizure: staying in a hallway for too long causes random colors to flash on your screen and after that seizure will deal 50 damage and will never attack you ever again after 1 attack from it
Lure: it lures the player into a room with stalk inside to kill you hence the name lure.

Since there’s a lot of Rush variants going around, I think that there could be a new entity that doesn’t share many traits with Rush or Ambush (Although making these are still fine with me)
The entity could be something small, or there could be many of them.
They could mass-attack the player.
Or, if you want to take the Eyes route, they could leech the health points out of you.

I have had a few ideas for doors entities but I’ll only share one
The gargoyles: humanoid figures with long serrated blades for hands 6 eyes dotted across its face and razor sharp teeth and demon like wings, would be about the size of the player, since the next floor is a castle the gargoyles would spawn in outdoor rooms, there are a few cues to know if they will start spawning those being
1. There will be 3-10 statues of them on top of pillars decorating the outdoor gardens
2. The room will be big, like pretty big and there will be cover available everywhere
3. The room exit will be locked behind a puzzle of some kind (like a key or a generator or something idk)
If a room that looks like this spawns than hide out of line of sight of the statues, after around 10 seconds of you being in the room the statues will begin coming to life, breaking free from their fixed positions and begin searching for players.
Despite their appearance having 6 eyes, they have terrible eyesight and mostly rely on sound to find players, however with worse hearing than figure, you need to be pretty close for them to see or hear you, upon entering their line of sight they will begin becoming suspicious of you, filling up an invisible meter that when full causes them to screech, alerting all other gargoyles to your location and begin chasing, when they start chasing you too will start running similar in speed to the seek chase, and thus the gargoyles will be slightly slower than you, but with their numbers they could easily catch you off guard when turning corners, corner you or cut you off
To escape them all you must do is break line of sight and stop making noise, or get in a hiding spot and do a heartbeat mini-game similar to figures if a gargoyle catches up to you it will begin swinging at you, the attack is a simple distance check between the gargoyle and its target, if your in range and it swings it will deal damage, gargoyles will swing in 3 slash combos, the first two being one hand alternating slashes that deal 30 damage, the third being a double cross slash that does 45 damage, thus the combo does enough damage to insta kill a player
If a gargoyle has been searching for at least a minute without having found somebody it will start rolling a random 1/5 every 10 seconds, if it lands this 1/5 it will fly into the air and land on a perch overlooking the massive room and scan for players for about 20 seconds, if they don’t find anyone they jump off the perch and continue searching on foot. while they have a large vision cone up there they have a much harder time seeing crouched players, halving their vision range if crouched, if it spots a player it will Aggro onto them without screeching fly over to them and perform a ground slam attack with both claws, the only way to avoid it is to sprint away as it starts the attack animation this attack does 50 damage and hits all players in a tiny radius around the impact location, upon landing it will be stunned for 3-4 seconds, if the player is still in line of sight or making noise when it recovers than it will screech and start chasing.
Upon exiting a room with gargoyles they all turn back to stone frozen in place and won’t move anymore
Achievements
sneaky statues: “I knew the people who owned this castle were rich and powerful but they gave LIFE to STONE?!” Obtainment: survive an encounter with a flock of gargoyles
Task failed: “you had one job” obtainment: get spotted and mauled by a gargoyle within the first 30 seconds of it being active
Task failed successfully: “we failed stealth, they saw us, reset. Nah I’d win” obtainment: get spotted within the first 30 seconds of a gargoyle being active and complete the room without letting them lose interest (don’t let all their suspicion meters hit 0)
Trail is probably one of my favorites here, it can really screw over a player if they aren't paying attention or the ones who just go full speed into rooms without a second thought.

@@deshanteriley7587 Not really, if the speedrunner knows what they're doing (which they should since they're trying to finish the game with the smallest time) then trail shouldn't be a problem it's not like halt where you're forced to move back n' forth or ambush where you're forced to stay put at a closet until they finish their rounds.

Hard mode figure: the mother
,, Don't be shy and Meet timothy's family! The mom is *starving* for your arrival"
She is guaranteed at room 100, although she can appear in any room after room 50 (her arrival is teased with cobweb appearing in the drawers, and timothy spawn rate highly increases. The room she resides in resembles an oldschool dining room. The entire room is full of timothys and cobwebs, while being pitch dark. The mother Has bioluminescent marks on her body, making her well visible around. She is always on her celling, meaning you can only crawl and use sounds to see if she's near. When she finds a player, she puts him in a cocoon and slowly drains the health until the player dies. The only way to distract her and allowing the player to free themselves is to break cobwebs around, which gives you 5 HP (yes you can eat the spiders on cobwebs), which will trigger her to go and fix the said cobweb, or just play a minigame to make her go away, thinking you somehow broke out, while still being inside (for solo mode only). When She screams (aka find the player or the cobweb is destroyed) the markings on her body fully glow, lighting up the surrounding Area for a very short time. Any light source you use will trigger the timothys on the floor, which previously harmless, will nie try immobilizing you while the mother starts eating you. In order to escape you must flip 4 levels in the correct order of colors (when the mother screams after fixing the web, her glow color changes). Once the correct combination is inserted, you instantly bail out and the chase sequence begins with her and timothys trying to catch you into a cobweb. Once you Reach the elevator, the mother will try biting through the floor to get you. You must activate elevator from inside before she breaks in. It also can give different ending, where the mother will be brutally squashed by falling elevator.
I really hope they add this 😢
I actually like the elevator power sequence for this concept. Its a good idea for people to survive longer.

Seeing as DOORS obviously takes a lot of inspiration from Spooky’s Jumpscare Mansion (Referred to in this comment later as SJM) I think it would be interesting to have a direct SJM reference. Whether it’s some Easter egg, or some entity from the game, I think it would be nice. Now, this brings up the question: Which SJM entity would work best in DOORS? Entity 1 is a no brainer, incredibly easy to implement. The smiling man (I forgor number) would be easy to implement as effectively the opposite of the eyes. Entity 2 would be relatively simple, but most rooms aren’t big enough to implement entity 3. Obviously there are more than this, but that’s all I can really remember.

I think the parasite entity would be interesting since it would force you to slow down making you feel uneasy. But to make it fair no other entities will spawn while it’s chasing you.

I have some ideas for part 3, I can tell these new monsters on part 3. First up is Vent If you stay in the vents for too long vent can get you unless theres a monster (Guiding light message: You died to who you call Vent Do not stay in the vent for too long and Vent can get you unless theres a monster coming) (Death message #2: You died to Vent again You have to not stay in the vent for too long unless theres Quick and other monsters except for Closet
Next up, Closet Do not stay in the closet for too long or Closet can get you unless theres another closet besides
(Death message: You died to Closet Do not stay in the closet for long and closet can deal about 40 damage and it will appear in about 2 minutes of hiding)
(Death message #2: You died to Closet once again If theres another closet beside it wont appear until 1 hour)
Next up is Dark If you are in a dark room without lights shattered and its turned off, there is a chance that he can appear in (similar to screech) (Death message: You died to Dark When you are in a dark room, always look around for Dark. When you hear a "hey" you have to look for it if you ignore it, you are at half health. This is because Dark can deal about 50 damage) (Death message #2: You died to Dark again If you hear something like an "hey" you have to look for Dark. There can be fake ones cause the game likes to troll.) Next up Speed (Similar to ambush) If the lights flicker alot, its Speed and unlike Ambush, it is 3 times faster than Ambush and can go around to around 15 times and the minimum is 2 times and has a 5% chance to appear and if you go past a door past door 6, the chances of Speed appearing increase by 5% At door 92 the chances of Speed appearing is pretty high and at door 95, it will finally appear (Death message: You died to Speed When the lights flicker alot, you have to go out of your closet 15 times or 2 times and it is 3 times faster than Ambush.)
Next up, Walk (similar to Noise) When you hear footsteps you have to walk and if you hear nothing, wait till its gone by not walking
(Death message: You died to who you call Walk When you hear footsteps and lasting longer than Noise, you have to walk and if you hear nothing, stop until it passes through) (Death message #2: You died to Walk yet again When you hear footsteps lasting longer like 5 minutes, walk and if you hear nothing, stop until it passes by) Next up, Spikes When the lights flicker longer than Speed, you have to avoid the spikes on the floor he will teleport you to a wide and long hallway. (Death message: You died to Spikes Avoid the spikes on the floor Spikes can teleport you to a wide, and long hallway) (Death message #2: You died to Spikes again While the light flicker lasts longer than Speed, you will be teleported to a wide, and long hallway, To survive the spikes, you have to jump.) Next up, A-76 This is A-76 This monster is most rare than A-60, and it only appears when the player hears a distorted sound. It will appear once the player reaches 3 rooms. And it can come back 3 times or 1 time. Its face is much scarier than A-60 and for you to experience it, you have to check every corner until you hear a distorted sound.(Death message: You died to A-76 It is impossible to survive due to its incredible high speeds. This monster is much faster than A-60 and it is much rarer than A-60.) (Death message #2: You died to A-76 again If you hear a distorted sound, ignore it until you reach 3 rooms, And hide in a closet, it only appears when you check every corner.)
Next up is Tom, similar to Timothy, Appears in drawers and does 20 damage There is only 1 guiding light message for Tom. (Guiding light message: You died to Tom. It jumpscares in drawer and deals 20 damage per jumpscare.)
As this is the end, here are some badges for every entity i mentioned for Part 2, Badge for surviving A-76: Two steps forward to closet (Description: Is A-76 really rare?) Survive A-76.

His name is "Fear" when he says "Fear me" you'll hear a scream then you get slowed down and he deals damage while you're slowed, in order for him to stop you from getting damaged and slowed, you need to look at him, he goes left and right, the more you look at him, he goes faster(not too fast), then he shakes and poofs, he's pretty much like Screech but more terrifying, his look is a shadow, with a smile similar to rush, has white glowing eyes and a shadow covering him.

His name is Decimator, he's a 3d character this time, his design is having huge spikes at his back, no head, an eye and mouth on his chest, sharp arms, big stumpy legs, he lives in a place called the backroo- basement, if he sees you, ofc he'll chase you, but hes slow, he can also sense you, which means hiding in a closet, or in a bed is a bad option, in order to escape him, either run away from him till he's exhausted, or hide in a vent.

I know what you're thinking - But what if you are already kinda looking at it and then it asks you to spam tap - how are you going to tap THAT fast? Well, there should be a character animation where your character puts their hand in their face and looks away, but slowly, shakily, starts to look back at stare and so then you always have the same amount of time to tap fast, and there are no it's, buts, nor any maybes. This sound like a good idea or nah?

I got a doors entity idea! Her name is Trap. Her gimmick is to open loose planks, holes in the walls, or leave closets open to give you a feeling of "something's not right". If you step on a loose plank, walk into a hole in the wall, or enter an open closet, she jumpscares you from the proclaimed openings. You lose half your health and deafs you for 1 minute so your now reliant on visual cues. (cause she's all about visual cues)
Looks: Just imagine seek but with rush's face, small, and alot more teeth.
Death message 1: It seems you've lost your life to the little girl called Trap... "" Avoid any anomalies in the rooms. "" She learned her intense sound from her BFF, Screech.
Death Message 2: You had your life taken by Trap once more.. "" She has a particular fondness for holes and gaps.
Achievements: Peek-A-Boo

1. Creep - Creep randomly creeps you and follow you, to avoid them, just play normally, running will cost you 1/4 of your health
2. Spotlight - Spotlight is just a bright light, it randomly appears on a room
Tactics: When you see Spotlight getting closer to you, run, don't let the it get you or instant death

My own concept: Steps
Steps is a snake-like creature, except it is made of cubes with stiff chains connecting one cube to another. The cubes, chains, and overall body resembles the texture of an escalator, you will spot yellow lines with tons of size varying teeth on each and every cube. Its face is just two wedges connected by a small joint, with tons of yellow lines and the same teeth on the area of each wedge. It is unknown how long Steps is, but it has been estimated to be as long as a whale. It has a rare chance of spawning you into its room, or basically escalator, elevator, and stair paradise. NEVER get near the elevators or stairs, Steps can easily exploit them and can kick you out of the elevator, dealing 30-50 damage, and can manipulate the stairs to legit fling you off and deal 50-80 damage. The safest option is to take the escalators, but beware, if you notice teeth on an escalator, DONT take it. That is indeed the body of steps camouflaged seemingly into the trippy room, if you do take the suspicious escalator, Steps will appear and kill you instantly. The entirety of the room seems 4th dimensional, and is similar to Seek’s chase scene, but even rarer and much more adrenaline activating. You just have to take up to 9 transportations (although rare, you can go onto the elevators or stairs without being attacked.) You have to keep moving, as the room caves onto itself and after you finally find the next door, it literally implodes.

Death message for taking the elevator: “You have seemed to be taken down with the elevator… Don’t play with your chances! Take the escalator!

I think a good entity would be called “Safe.” During the doors, you have a 1% chance of getting Safe, which is just a force field allowing you to not die for a period of time, maybe two minutes, and you won’t take any damage. During door 50, you have a 00.1% chance of Safe coming and saying “sh, sh, sh, sh,” and so on, which protects your from Figure and you can *WALK* around freely and Figure won’t notice. Do you think this is a good idea?

these are just simply amazing, i think that one wat to make the jumpscares scarier is that they are much more terrifying with some kind of facial features which every doors monster has (except for shadow and window, which don't have jumpscares. But quick's jumpscare was like, genuinely terrifying, but hole jumpscare just looked like a moldy piece of swiss cheese glitching out. But they all look super amazing!
I have Many Ideas for Hard Mode..
- Some Room Will Have 1 or 2 CLOSET, Making More Harder For your Teammates (If 4) , But The Next Door Have 1 or 2 closets.
- Hide Will be Faster And Deals 45 Damage. (Maybe?)
- Ambush Will Be More harder than Normal One, Ambush Keeps Coming back For like 10 or 15 times (Or Any Higher Than Normal One)
- Rush Will Arrive Any Room Faster
- Halt's Hallway is much longer Now, About 5 Hallways Or More
- Dark Rooms Have Swarms Of Screech And Screech Will Arrive Faster (Imagine If there Was 2 Screech At Same time Or More)
- Seek's Chase Will Be More Harder, There Are Falling Objects Where you Have to Crouch ( And A room Where You have to Find A Door With Guiding Light )
Guiding Lights have Less Brightness. (You Better Have Good Eyes)
- Codes In Library Are Harder Now + Figure Will Hear Perfectly Than Normal One.
- Seek's Second Chase Is still The Same On The first one But Longer.
- Timothy, Idk what to say.
- On Door 100, Figure Still Hear Perfectly, Elevator power have now Stage 5.

Doors floor 2 Concept: Curtainman
description:
Curtainman is an entity that is likely to spawn in thunderstorm rooms, messed up rooms(like the ones with a bunch of fallen furniture).
There is also a room with curtains and it's common for Curtainman to spawn in those rooms.
Notice:
There will be 3 rooms curtainman will spawn in randomly
The final rooms (4th and 5th rooms, 5th is near the final door/door 170)
4th room will reveal sometimes at doors 140 or mid-rooms
If you encounter a room with curtains, it is likely for curtainman to appear in that room(That room is a long hallway with windows with curtains open and sometimes covering the window) When Curtainman Shows up in one of the curtains, go to a vent or bed. Curtainman can see you in closets.
Curtainman will patrol through the hallway, and there will be 3 doors(without numbers).
After surviving that room, the next door will be locked and you have to find a key in one of those 3 doors. If you don't find a key or don't open the door for too long, There is a 1/50 chance Curtainman will appear again and patrol the hallway again.
Appearance:
White humanface-shaped head, really unnatural and messy pitch black hair, medium sized eyes and small pitch black pupils, a really unnatural smile.
Sound:
If you encounter Curtainman, There will be noise of extremely heavy thunderstorm and lightning strike. Dark clouds might even appear inside the room. The sound will be half static.
Being caught by Curtainman sounds like a microwave breaking and exploding.
Final Rooms:
When you enter the final room(s), You have 1:30 minutes to retrieve the laser shooting guns from a drawer.
After the timer is finished, Curtainman shows up in a curtain and flashes your screen Red and White for 2 seconds.
The fight starts. The camera is focused on Curtainman(This time he looks different, Black seek-like humanoid, looking weightless, and disturbing mouth with disturbing teeth. Especially curtains blocking the eyes.) and curtainman has a 1/80 chance to shoot a curtain at you to stun you for 4 seconds.
A button is on your screen as well with a dot on the middle of the screen to time your shot at Curtainman.
Curtainman will make your screen flash white and green for some time in anytime.
When finished, Curtainman will break your neck like it's paper, but it'll be ok after some time, your health will just decrease by 30%.
Curtainman will disappear and so will the room.
When the room disappears, you fall through the map and thus ending up in the next room.

"Next time when you enter this room, bring a laser gun with you and fight harder."

"You were caught cold-blooded by the Curtainman."

it's actually doors and mandela catalogue reskin(and bonus some stuffs) ad it's called mandela doors

-at door 100 we will meet gabirel as final boss

N(can appear in solo and mutil player without a player die but the chance of N appear on solo is lesser than muti player):
if you in muti players and one of the player die,in the next room,there will be a 50% N will copy the player has die and you will be in a locker room but more harder and you will have 2 minutes and 30 seconds to find all the little piece of key and combine them to become a key and get out of this room before N could make you kill yourself
warning:
-do not use vitamin while finding piece key,it will know your fear
-if you hearing "nothing is worth the risk" and the screen start static that mean you need to be quickly as you can cuz the time limit almost end

I see some other people in the comments sharing their ideas so I’m going to too.
Static - A ball of static that glows white. When a player walks into a room there’d be a 2.13% chance of hearing ‘ Shh ‘ and the room being black and white, if the player would hear that they’d have to crouch and begin to make their way across the room while making as little noise as possible after Static spawns, while the player moves static will occasionally begin to cover the player’s screen, the sound of static will become louder as the player moves with the static covering their screen, if the player stops moving the noise and static on their screen will disappear, if the player keeps moving they will instantly die, once a player makes it to the end of the room Static would disappear.
(1) Death tip for Static- “ You died to who you call Static, if you hear ‘ Shh ‘ try to make little noise! “
(2) Death tip for Static- “ You died to Static again, if you hear him stay still for a second “
Freeze - An entity that appears to be a normal lock pick. Freeze would have a 34% chance of spawning in a room with a locked door, when a player opens a drawer with Freeze in it it’ll emit a dark blue glow, the player can pick it up and then use it on any locked door, when Freeze is used it’ll freeze the player for 10 seconds and deal 25% damage, Freeze can’t be stacked with other lock picks. Similarly to Timmothy, Freeze can’t kill the player.
Thief - A yellow lever. When a player enters a room that requires a lever to be pulled to make it to the next, Thief has a 29% chance of spawning on any wall, when a player pulls the yellow lever 2-3 of their items will disappear, though the door to the next room will still open. Thief deals no damage to the player.
Bill - Bill is just the lights. If a player spends more then 15 minutes in a lit room (excluding the garden and boss areas), the lights will begin to glow brighter, after one more minute the lights would explode and deal 51% damage to the player, the room would then go dark.
Death tip for Bill- “ You seem to of died to Bill.. Try to be a bit faster while going through rooms “

my idea will be "Weed"
Weed is like a Screech but even more common. bringing light with you in dark rooms only makes it chance of appearing Go Down to 60% - 45% so If you dont like him use light with you in dark rooms
Mechanic:
If You Hear "Pst". Look Around and stare at it! its 1.5x fast if he says "Pst". if you dont Look around and stare at him he will take away 75% Of Your Health which is a bit menacing. if you see red glow. Thats Weed.

I have a concept! The monster/entity is called "Dark" Its the similar as screech but different. Dark is were you can find him in dark rooms but he can also act like rush/Ambush. And yes it only work on dark rooms lights wont work because he owned EVERY dark rooms so he can turn off any lights, When he comes he will comes back every 10 sec so hide longer, He will appear 5-7 times, Dark is very dark you cant see him but white glowing eyes to know when he will come you will see a 2 white glowing eyes, A distant noise and whispering loud. Dark likes to manipulate humans with his specialty. Hoped this helps

My idea for a monster: Reference. it traps you in a room and it repeats a process 3 or so times: You will be given time to memorize where certain items like lamps and paintings go, then he will take away your vision, and when your vision returns, the items will be scrambled. You have to put the items back in the right place before time runs out or else he will damage you for 30 to 40 hp. each time it could become harder like more items added or changed.

I really like tackles, width, and trails concepts! I like how tackle checks vents, forcing a player to wait and hide in a closet or under a bed. Width tricking players into hiding is super cool, fooling noobs to make it seem like quick or tackle is coming, but they aren’t. And trail forcing you to not touch the trail it leaves behind is cool. Honestly I’d keep dying to trail and width cuz I’m dumb lol 😂

My opinions:
Quick: Like it, it is definitely a hard mode version of rush.
tackle: It is a bit often with 5-10 times but it's hard mode so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯, but i like the idea of going through everything.
zack: It's just a other skin for jack, but isn't like it would be fair if you could just randomly die, but maybe it could deal damage like timothy. I would say 20 damage but can't kill.
stare: a other skin for eyes but it appears more often, better than it dealing more damage. it would be a better idea to have you look at it and if you look away it deals damage, that seems more like hard mode.
silhouette: It's the same just 1 HP less and you have a slightly more chance of finding it. If it would do 1 HP then it should be a 1/20 chance of spawning.
trail: Like it, but does the trail disappear after some time or do you have to touch it?
noise: Like it, it's definitely a death for people who don't have their sound on.
hole: good idea, it's definitely a challenge and destroyer for speedruns.
width: Like it, once again a death for players without sound on.
block: Like it, once again a challenge/Destroyer for speedruns.

Props to the guy who died over and over to show us the jumpscares 👍 also I think they should add one called “snatcher” he has a 20% chance of spawning, and when he does, he’ll steal a selected player’s item, keys, lighters, anything. (Also a player is forced to pick one for him to steal from, or else they lose 50% of their health.)

My idea for hardcore mod was simply to remove guiding light: that means keys and books don’t make noise, dark doors aren’t shiny, death messages do NOT help you, and during seek chase, doors and passages aren’t shining. This could also be an idea

I have an entity concept, the name is Illusion, Illusion has 500/999% chance of spawning in any type of room, the long hallway has the highest chance of Illusion spawning (800/999% chance), If you happen to find yourself in a long hallway, it will flicker long up to 15 seconds whatsoever and once it’s almost over it will go completely black, then once the lights are back on you will see outside of the long hallway is white. Once you enter the next door you will so happen to fall down into the blank abyss and be concussed for 5-10 seconds, when you get up you see every furniture floating in the gravitational field, that’s where you find Illusion, they will tend to ask a question that includes a picture you have to look at, it will be the same question (it will not be randomized anytime you encounter them) you are required to stare at a black dot for 30 seconds, and once it’s gone you will see the color of what it was, then Illusion will ask you what color you see (1 right, 2 wrong) if you get one right, then they will leave you alone for up to 29-40 doors, but however if you get the question wrong, Illusion will haunt you up 5-10 doors until he will start acting like Quick/Ambush (the hints if you get the questions wrong; White/black spots, intense whispering, the window will still be white, and dark ethereal sounds.) Illusion will check every closet and vent, so you have to be quick in finding a corner because their speed is 2.5x faster (they’re arrival would be a loud clock chime with them coming while it flickers to trick the player as if they were coming after the lights) (death: You have died to Illusion, I know it’s a tricky one but make sure you get the question correctly, they tend to come back like Quick but more often up to 7-11, closets nor vents won’t save you from them, hide in the corner, they don’t check it..) "Catcher"
Spawning :
Catcher appears at 1% chance. Which means a rare monster, Catcher usually spawns at dark long rooms at the closet or bed. To avoid Catcher spawning you better not check the hiding spots if there is no rush. Like bed and closet, Catcher will never spawn if there's Rush but if there is Ambush Catcher will help you instead because Catcher hates Ambush. Catcher will fight with Ambush and then making Ambush tired and giving up.
Powers :
Catcher will show up and give jumpscare to anyone who opens the hiding spots. And their power is to grab anyone and drag them into Catcher's mouth and eats them alive, Catcher also can go into every doors in under 10 seconds they're very fast. They have 1.000,89 speed and if you got caught by Catcher he will automaticly grabs you by their long hands.
How to avoid :
If Catcher spawns there will be a message at chat "Hide." and then your screen will turn red and a messages "HIDE NOW." and "H҉E҉ I҉S҉ R҉E҉A҉L҉" after getting the message you've been given 10 seconds to hide. DO NOT hide in bed because they have 100 small eye and 1000 eye pupils and they can clearly see you if you're hiding there. You must hide at closet because they will never check it EXPECT you chatted and make sounds. If its too late to hide you will accept your losing fate and death. Also how Catcher spawns ; if someone opens a closet and they get jumpscared. Catcher will automaticly jumps away from you and disguse as a wall or break the roof. Catcher actually sleeping on the closet and he is can be easily shocked or triggers when people open the closet. Catcher will get angry and then hunts everyone.

100 Eyes and 100 eyeballs. Body shaped like a seek, his mouth is on his face and his eyes are on his stomatch until legs. He have 6 hands and have 4 legs his mouth are full of his sharp teeth. His jumpscare is his teeth zooming in to your screen. Catcher's body color ;

I have a concept for an entity called “bounce.” Bounce acts similar to your version of ambush (too lazy to look at the video lmao) except he, well, bounces all over the room. You can tell if Bounce is coming if you hear heavy breathing and/or the lights suddenly bust. Bounce has a blue aura. He also has a slight chance to bounce into your hiding spot and take away 90-95 percent of your health (maybe a bit lower though)
small concept: Guiding light does not exist in hard mode.
I think it would be better if he was more rude/ discouraging

My Fan Made Entity:
This is Run: Run is an uncommon entity and will spawn at around Door 70-90. He will burst the lights in the room as a was of its arrival. You don't always need to hide for this entity but you must follow the entity's instructions: If he give's you a red message like Halt does (when he tells you to turn around) and the message will either say "GET OUT!" "GET IN!" "STOP!" "RUN!". "GET OUT!" means get out of a hiding spot, and "GET IN!" means get in a hiding spot, "STOP!" means don't move a single muscle (not even your camera), and finally "RUN!" means run as fast as you can (your given a sprint for this entity).

Silence 1: exactly like entrances.
Silence 2: the lights will flicker a lot. (A lot more then halt) That's his arrival. After that, he will appear in the next room. You will enter the fan made room. (The one with floating objects) You have to get to the end. The hall is longer then halts hallway.
He will do a massive jumpscare.
After the jumpscare a portal appears and he appears at the end of the hallway. If that happens, stop moving. The screen will flash red and then you can move. He will do this repeatly.
Silence 2 multiplayer: it will be the same at the start, but once you enter the room it's completely different.
Again when he appears at the end, he will do that jumpscare and he appears at the end of the hallway/tunnel.
But after he will look at a player.
Not to get confused the screen will flash,
Silence is looking at...
for 4 seconds.
If he looks at a player, the player he is looking at has to stop moving while the others can.
Again the screen will flash red with nothing on it and he will still be there for 10 seconds but won't do any harm.
After 10 seconds, he will go away.
Things you need to know.
1. He looks at a different player every time.
2. His arrival jumpscare will have the same sound but different animation every time.
3. His hallway is wider and longer then the hallway seek appears in.
4. He has the same glitch (in different color) and sound/whisper as halt
