Throughout this show's life it was always the chemistry between Colin and Ryan that has provided the best laughter. The real proof as to Colin's wit is that he is the one who can floor his compatriots with a single word. ie. Come.
Annoyed-o-oyedo-o-oyed In this clip (insert timestamp here) gets all of them cracking up... Also, I can't believe "timestamp" is a word recognised by my phone... It's like finding out you can Like your own comments and all that.
lol great to see Colin slowly get excepted by the audience and cast over time. His style and personality are very funny, but i feel it took him some time to get comfortable, hindering his overall ability. An example is the bar singing scene, where he literally cant rhyme or sing, but still manages a hilarious segment. This worked because we know Colin, we know it isn't his strong suit, and that just made it hilarious. If this was his first episode, it wouldn't have worked at all. Kudos to him for keeping it up, keeping it strong, and becoming one of the most popular and funniest character that the show has seen!
I love that part at 11:29. And as a german person I understand this: Ich liebe dich Gusti the Mädchen it exploding. Look at that , jump and jump, all that friend bolivien which translates to: I love you Gusti the girl it exploding. Look at that, jump and jump, all that friend bolivien.
Colin's so great lol on a side note for actor's this is basically what they do in their "classes". Improvisational stuff. And yeah a lot of the time it's really funny. That's why this show is a thing.
"Let me tell you what happened to me As I entered matrimony It the didn't happen, the girl that I loved just left It wouldn't bother me ordinarily But ... lalala lili What can I do? I'm so annoyed oh oi oh oi" "You know that sometimes words won't do Instead just say abodawabwopsdabadawhoo You gotta move on to greater pastures someday" "O o like a cow!" "It's greener on the other side And listen budy, I'm a bartender, I never lie So, get out and find another fish in the sea today" "he hey" "he hey"
I don't hate the US version, but man, the UK version is so much more entertaining to watch. It's so much more raw and it tests the contestants more. I feel like the US version was more predictable, yeah it was probably a little funnier overall, but it was too formulaic. The UK version had more things to keep you interested, as the contestants were more varied, and their skills were tested in various roles in games. Both are great, but I find myself watching old episodes from like the first 6 seasons of the UK version more than anything else.
@@caralama08 Agreed, Mike McShane was always one of my favorites. He was the first stand out performer from America in my opinion(outside of Greg). Mike, Tony, and Paul Merton were probably my overall favorites from the early episodes.
I agree. i do find the US version funny. but the UK version really challenged the performers and brought out the best in them. Ryan and Colin were the best part of the UK version by far. and by the time the show went to America the whose line producers watered the show down abit to appeal to the US audience, and even worse with the recent revival which seems to play the same games over and over constantly.
Gonna have to disagree with you on that one. Drew Carey was a better host than Clive imo, and the US version had some of THE best moments. Actually Drew Carey > All hosts.

Colin is a national treasure, of Canada, America and the UK!
Not 10 seconds in you can see Ryan trying not to laugh already.
😂😂😂
Fucking Frost know what he was doing I think. And it was brilliant.
Colin and Ryan are world treasures.
Two of the funniest men on the planet 😂😂😂
Awesome. And so great to see Ryan crack up all the time!
That German afraid of psychiatrists bit has to be one of the best in skits in Whose Line history.
🤭😄 It's flattering that Colin used the Scottish accent, as romantic. Uch aye.
I like when Ryan laughs at him , because he’s funny and because he’s his best friends , I find it really wholesome tbh

0:14 Ryan loses it lol!!! Just seeing him trying to control his reaction to colin's accent is hilarious!!!
Those kinds of moments are my absolute favourite :D
Same at 5:00 😂

accepted* but yeah
7:15 One of my all time favorites. 🤣🤣🤣
One of the rare instances where Colin actually sings
Colin must've been born 55 and never aged a day after.
That strange case of Mochrie Button
Did the producers know that Colin wasn't good with accents? They probably did it on purpose for the laughs.
He wasn't good at hoedowns either, that's what made him so funny and loveable.. he always gave everything his best shot 😂
His German one is super comical I think

I wondered what real words they actually said and what it all would come out to mean.. lol
I always thought he said at the end, "the trampolinen"

"But... La La La, Lee Lee."
Colin you still make me laugh!!
I like how at 9:30 Greg isn’t sure whether to stay up or ragdoll
"Let me tell you what happened to me
As I entered matrimony
It the didn't happen, the girl that I loved just left
It wouldn't bother me ordinarily
But ... lalala lili

Ha! The "Chorus Line" dance.
12:09 Colin predicts smartphones.
0:27 Colin was born in Scotland.
Gotta love Colin
NORM!! 😂
Only 6 seconds in and I'm dead 😂😂
Josie reminds me so much of Catherine Zeta-Jones.
Damn. Now that some is stuck in my head.
I laughed so much my face hurt
10:50 it always sounds like a drunk singing. Really rough to listen too.

😂😂😂😂😂
Colin made a cameo in a webseries of ours... have a look here: th-cam.com/video/AUnglpaoYms/w-d-xo.html
Did he just speak dutch :O?
The host has no neck.
The Restoration of Dr Who And a Grand sense of over inflated ego to boot! Ps Clive Anderson is not even funny 👎
@@caralama08 hes so dry and serious for a comedy show.
I cant get into the British version and i see the others can't either.
thrush
But theres one thing you should know............ yea?
lol 6:17
1:20 so cringy i wonder if it was as bad back then as it is now
Why is the British version of this borderline cringey. The USA version in 10x better. Terrible sketch ideas also. Chorus person and an armadillo??
Way less funny than the US version
