Things changed from UKG (east end and north london) (kano, chip, wreath 32, ghetts etc) Mcs turned from Mcs back to hip hop rappers and people like dappy (camden) got the chance to ride the wave but people like mud fam, skinny man (camden) and rodney p, skits, black twang, estelle ,roots manuva,ty (big Dadda) , akala (illlastate records) and koke where pioneers in the game before the main labels became confident in street music that didn't reflect US rap scene. Without teams like USG the whole new mainstream uk underground would not be what it is, i hope that the US (these reactors listening in) and the young UK artists will go back to these people and bring them in on features so that the young ones can connect with these guys and girls once more. I used to radio UK hip hop from the late 90s-about 2005 IN NW10 and I can tell you with the budgets etc there are some gems. 4 ALBUMS AND I HOPE K CAN GET SOME FOLLOW UP SINGLES WHILE PEOPLE FEED ON THOSE 4 ALBUMS AND IT CAN BE OK. ALSO I HOPE HE CAN GET THE RIGHT TEAM TO STAY INDEPENDENT TO NOT HAVE TO DILUTE. SUB ME I GOT SOME PLANS FOR UK PROMOTIONS 2022.
