World Cup 23/24 Canmore: Men Sprint Highlights

It was a masterpiece performance the one that gave Johannes Thingnes Boe his 37th career victory in the BMW IBU World Cup sprints, the most ever by a biathlete. With over a minute margin, he had the better of Tommaso Giacomel and Tarjei Boe, who secured the sprint globe.

Wow, JTB totally crushed the competition.

I really don’t get how the commentators are talking about Tarjei’s speed. He was the fourth fastest when you look at the season overall, and in the latter part he was second only behind Johannes. The way they almost every race talked about how he wasn’t as fast as he used to be, when this was his best skiing season since he won the overall, really got annoying after a while.
