Ingredients:
2 cup Semolina
1 tsp Cumin seeds
4 green chilies
1 Onion
2 inch Ginger
¾ tsp Salt
1 cup Curd
¾ cup Water
3 tbsp Coriander leaves
Oil for frying
Method:
In a bowl take 2 cup semolina, 4 green chilies, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 2 inch ginger, ¾ tsp salt, 3 tbsp coriander, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 cup curd and ¾ cup water.

Mix to get uniform texture of the batter.

Grease the hands with oil.

Take some batter and make a small hole in it.

Deep fry in oil.

Serve hot, soft and tasty rawa medu vada with chutney and sambar.
