Such a pet peeve so I'm happy you're advising people to hold their makeup brush correctly at the bottom fourth of the brush. All through the video you didn't do that though. I've been a licensed esthetitian and makeup artist for over 15 years and that is something I drill into my students head when I teach classes. It's so important to hold your brushes correctly. ✌️❤️💄

You may not see this as "everyday" make-up, but I do see some of the college girls in my town wearing their make-up this intense or more nearly everyday. it looks pretty done right, though.
CEREYZA No it's a gif, so it's two images laid over one another to create a blink effect. One part of the face stays still, so that's why parts move and others don't 👍🏼
